I drove to the store and picked the order up myself and still have to ask for a refund for the DELIVERY CHARGE ? No answering of the phone? The manager on duty said I have to call back tomorrow to get a refund. I spent an hour on the phone asking where my order was just to be hung up on.

Pizza hut pizza is just about my favorite pizza, but not this pizza hut. After spending 5 nights in the hospital with my wife her mother came to spend the night with her so I could go home and get the house ready for her. I ordered a pizza from pizza hut before I left the hospital in Gainesville, i arrived at pizza hut 30 minutes later, and they haven't started the pizza yet, why? I didn't ask for my money back, I just went and got fast food

Pizza hut seems to have come back a bit. Better quality than the dark years. Not back to the old school days, but edible again and then some.

We walked in and asked for dine in. And the host at the front informed us they do not do dine in; as we looked at a large dining room, that we had eaten in many times before.

Food is trash, very little care or toppings . Staff acts like it's a burden to take your order. All around garbage, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I always order from Pizza Hut this is the second order I have done with this particular location and was disappointed again. The only reason I am giving 3 is because the manger had my pizza remade and sent back out. I will be doing carry out from my normal store on 34th street- worth it to leave the house- always have my order right and ready!

Shut this place down. It's literally the worst restaurant in Alachua. They are slow and can't do anything right. I was on the phone for 25min just trying to make sure my order was correct.
Everything was great, the service, the employees but unfortunately they made my order wrong other than that I was satisfied

I gave up on Pizza Hut for at least a year. This location made probably the best pizza I've had from the franchise in 5 years. So I'm gonna give em another chance and see if they won me back. When I was broke and single their deals menu was a lifesaver but my local place really had quality control issues for a while so I switched to Papa John's. I've since moved and pass this location every day so I couldn't help but try it.

I had to stop ordering from here. My order is always wrong. Delivery takes way to long. They turn the phones off at 9pm so if you have a problem you have to drive there (after paying for delivery) last time I ordered I was missing wings and a 2 liter. Tried to call phones were off. I just took it as a loss because I have had to drive there too many times.

It always seems to be so slow but the quality of pizza released from this particular location is TOP NOTCH. Every single time without fail. These guys here work so hard and if you aren't already eating here, then what are you doing???

The whole store was being run by one gentleman during lunch shift from kitchen to out the door so even though food was great 5 stars because of his attitude and service
