The food is taco bell so if you love it you will be happy with the food but the service is great. Honestly it used to be the worst but now I really enjoy coming to this taco bell in particular.

I seem to have the worst luck when it comes to Taco Bells. I got off work late and placed a mobile order here at around 10:45pm on a Monday for a meal with a couple modifications. I check in at the drive thru speaker and I am told to pull around to their mobile pickup parking spaces, which I had no problem with. Maybe 5-10 minutes later someone brought out a bag with all my items in it, but they were made without the mods I had asked for. I pull back around to the window to let them know, and I am told to pull back around to the mobile pickup spot again, and I do. A few minutes after that the person who was at the window came out to my car and told me she needed to take the bag they gave me, so I gave it to her. Maybe 10 or so minutes go by and another person comes out to my car to explain that they ran out of beef (i had four total items, one chicken, one potatoes, and two beef, and the two items which were wrong were the beef items) and he could make them with steak or chicken, or I would have to wait 30 minutes for beef. I agreed to chicken and he went back inside. Some more time goes by and they bring out a new bag to me that only included the items which they remade. I pulled back around to the window and the person who came outside to tell them I was missing the other half of my order and he hands me another bag and tells me he had to make it with steak because they ran out of chicken (this item was the chicken one and was already made correctly before I had to give back my bag). He then gets me my last item and along with it a voucher for a free taco which expired 3 months ago.Edit: I forgot to mention that when I got home, items were STILL wrong even when I was asked by the person making them who came to my car window.

We arrived late on a Friday night with 30 students and 10 adults. The staff was kind, attentive and hard working. Once everyone had their food, employees took the time to walk around and check on everyone. Thank you for being kind and friendly!

Wow! Best Taco Bell experience ever. Carla and the crew were awesome, friendly and helpful and smiles all around. Carla happily built the best Enchirito I have ever had. Quesadilla and soft taco exceeded our expectations. Everything was delicious. A very pleasant and tasty experience. Five stars because there is no TEN. 'Thank you' to Carla and the guys.
There is a black man who serves people very poorly and takes care of him and because they give what they want in the food and he serves terrible service.

The important thing with Taco Bell is hot and fresh. Alachua has that virtually every time. I'll drive from Gainesville locations to go here, much better.
It never fails. Everytime I go to this tacobell they mess up my order. Wether its missing something or they dont make something correctly. Im glad im not allergic to sour cream with how many times ive been here and requested No Sour Cream yet they still put it on. This last time my order was missing 2 tacos and because I only go during my work lunches I don't have time to go in and have my orders corrected.
