Ice cream always tastes so fresh and creamy. So many flavors are available and even more that aren't listed on the sign. Chocolate raspberry truffle is my absolute favorite! Chocolate peanut butter buckeye is soooo cool too. Always have plenty of workers when we go and we get served quick!

Ice cream is good , I like that it's not soft serve. They are pricey I've been here twice, and the employees are rude as hell ! They rush you when you order & don't speak polite at all. Walk around like they just ate something sour with their stink faces ! Just ordered a small ice cream for $7 ! Girl at the window slammed the window in my face because I didn't give her a tip. Take that shit up with your employer not me bitch !

Been here couple times and the ice cream is good. However, everytime I get my ice cream it’s always soft like really soft . The ice cream melts before I get home. I live 5 mins away. It doesn’t matter what time you go just be prepared for soft ice-cream.

I came here yesterday for a pint of ice cream & the girl named Emily was very short, rude & dismissive with me . She even slammed the window on me as I left. Will not be revisiting & I’m disappointed in her services. I come here about 3x a week. I’m not happy with the way I was treated & this is not the first time she has been this way with me. I will be contacting corporate & taking matters further.

This used to be my favorite ice cream place, but the last few times I have been I have been very disappointed. When I order the Blasts I get a few toppings on the top, barley mixed in, and the entire last half is just vanilla ice cream. So I switched to a sundae this last time and ordered the Hot Fudge Brownie. Go figures they forgot the brownie. I'm giving 2 stars because I hope they will go back to the place I used to love.
Attention was good... we were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Prices are a good reflection of the market nowadays. The ice cream itself, ok.

Homemade strawberry ice cream is absolute perfection! And I enjoyed it in their strawberry shortcake sundae, what a treat! My daughter enjoyed her usual Dino sundae, with a smile and lots of joy. Thank you for sweetening our valentine's day!

Great ice cream that is made on site!! Many special offerings too like dairy free and sorbets. Many, many flavors and varied specialty items like sundaes, shakes and traditional banana splits!! Better than the big brand ice cream stores!
Sunday January 28, around 9:15pm I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Emily at the Altamonte Springs Location.I’m unsure if she was having a bad day but she was very short in all of her responses, rude and created an overall hostile experience. For my order to be so simple, she did not make me feel welcomed.“The pictures are right there”“We don’t take Apple Pay!” She snapped. When I left she slammed the window.Behavior like this shows a clear lack of customer service and is unwarranted at an ice cream parlor.On the upside, my dairy free cone was very good!

Ordered a chocolate milkshake, but this is just cold chocolate milk. It's as thin as my patience for the people who would actually serve this. Long line so I won't bother going back to complain. I also won't bother patronizing this place ever again. What a waste of money.

Very creamy and tasty ice cream, but sprinkles were not the tastiest. Staff was very nice though and service was quick. They've got a little outdoor seating area too to enjoy your ice cream. I got the black raspberry sherbet which was super good. Overall, a nice little ice cream place!
