Absolutely horrible and beyond. I went to order in the drive through and I just had knee surgery so I cannot carry much and wanted meals for my family. I did order 5 meals. To make it easier I ordered 4 whopper meals and 1 chicken sandwhich meal. All with cokes all large. The two ladies taking orders kept speaking at different times and trying to take the same order. Finally when done and arrived at the next window. When the lady finally came to the window she didn’t even greet me she just yelled next time with that type of order come inside. I have never had a fast food restaurant treat a customer like this. I worked in fast food for 6 years and I cannot imagine ever treating a customer like that.

Was given fries that were so Burt they looked like checkers fries, ordered a jr whopper with cheese got no cheese, a double whopper came with only 1 patty and no condiments?? Do you make this order with your eyes closed?

I see why this place gets 1 star, and I think if there was a sign for horrendous, people would click that. I went yesterday and waited literally 5 minutes, and gave up cause noone acknowledge. And this afternoon I went back and its like they don't care. Here I am making payment and the chick was more interested in what the other two people had to eat then to pay attention to the customer she was serving. I asked for ketchup and mayo, got no one, my wraps were just thrown together and I didnt even get a receipt. Take some pride in you r job people.

The food was hot and fresh and the portions were larger than I expected. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. A great experience.Vegetarian options: They're always willing to help out whenever I have questions about veggie options.
