Rebecca and her crew do an outstanding job keeping this Burger King location running like a top. She makes sure that your order is prepared exactly as you order it. A standout at this location is the Big Fish sandwich. It blows away the competition, by every measure. I typically customize this item in the BK app (no this, extra that), and that's always honored, never upsets them. I wish every BK had this crew and this top-notch quality.

I live close to the BK it has gotten a lot better. But in particular I did this review for the young lady that always there she is tall and skinny unfortunately I didn’t get her name but my order # 57 on 12/20 she is the best thing that happened to your store she is great at multi tasking, friendly, kind, professional always gets her orders right and overall excellent. You should feel very proud to have worker that’s diligent at your business she makes worth going there. If you need to reach me for any questions please do so. I’ll make sure to get her name next time I go. She deserves all the kiddos

The lady running the drive-thru was rude and belligerent. She coped an attitude when I spelled out my online order number and when she didn't understand it after the second time I spelled it out phonetically. She then criticized me for using phonetics and not spelling it out normally when she couldn't even understand the alphabet. She told me not to use it anymore. Who is this person to tell me not to use phonetics when you can't seem to understand the pronounced alphabet when it's said to you.

It was horrible, my food was cold, this was the 2nd time I have been there, the first time I was there I had to wait 1hour for my food, an there was no other customers in there, an this time there were only 3 people working there, an 3 other customers, everyone was waiting for there food, the floor in front of the soda machine had a puddle an they had a yellow cone there, my sister in law an me walk with a cane an we almost fell, we told one of the female workers they should mop that up, an she said that's why the cone is there. This burger King is on 434 an Douglas Ave in Altamonte springs. We will never go back!
