I went there Saturday to get food. Didn’t even get my fries or my chicken nuggets and then they closed so I wasn’t able to get my food until today which is Monday so I go back and the fries are half filled maybe less, the chicken nuggets are old…Definitely go to a different Chick-fil-A. They obviously do not care here.

Went to this location instead of the normal winter park one. It was close to the end of breakfast so I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular. However, I was handed a biscuit that literally chipped a tooth and a piece of dehydrated sausage that was microwaved to the point of no return.
I have never been disgusted at a chick fil a but today while dining in with my daughter (typically do drive thru) I could barely stomach the condition of eating in. our entire booth was caked in hand prints from grease, sticky residue everywhere, crumbs, trash, and food under the table. when I asked the person bringing our food to clean it she did but it was evident she had never cleaned a table before. she left crumbs and all trash and just wiped over it all. when I dried the booth with napkins no lie they were completely black from dirt and grime and I have photos to prove it. will never eat here again. not even drive thru

This CFA is just okay. My husband and I have been several times throughout the years. Its always been MEH. The service is fine but when we went today, we could tell the fry oil was OLD. It made the fries have a darker tint to them which is not the norm plus they stank of old fry oil. I even went up a second time to let them know and they "fixed it" by making fresh fries with the old oil. So technically my husband and I only ate half of the meals we paid for.
