One thing to know..all Chillis are NOT made equally, and I only say this because 2 weekends ago I visited another location and the Cajun Shrimp was sooo good and spicy I ate everything ? on my plate. 10/10. So. Ofcourse I decided to other the same thing at this location, the food was good, it just wasn't spicy to my liking or barely had spice to it.. and half into the meal there were barely any shrimp ?. All pasta no shrimp ?. We also ordered burgers. They seem to have skimp on the fries, it looks like it was missing the rest. There could be a fry shortage, who knows. Everything tasted great, we had chips & salsa as an appetizer, they ate it all before I got a before pic. The atmosphere was great, clean and wasn't packed at all, we dined around 9pm.

Had the Day Off so decided to stop for lunch and a drink while our Bully puppy was getting groomed and socialized at PetCo .Major disappointment, upon being seated we were informed that the Bartender didn't show up and noone knew why (interesting greeting) but needless to say no drinks , we were disappointed in that but we stayed, Wife and I decided to order their Lunch Special and ordered a burger with fries combo for the side I chose their chilli and wife choose their house salad with ranch...This is where the lunch portion of our trip stared to go sideways aswell. The chilli I got was soo over salted it tasted like a salt lick, I tried to salvage it by adding crackers to tone the salt down , a salty chilli would have been good on the burger but waaay too salty and was informed they had no crackers . Soo They swapped it out for their chicken enchilada soup which was over salted aswell. While waiting on my burger I realized my wife had stopped eating her salad and when I ask why, she said . Plz try my dressing it tastes fishy. I was like hmm. When I tried it , it was ceaser dressing which was way over anchovy-ed... It's a good thing she doesn't have a shellfish allergy or that could have been a very bad afternoon ...The bugers came out after a bit and were extremely bland , but the fries were good, they were fresh outa the frier and seasoned well... Overall a very disappointing day off lunch but the quality time with my wife was good... We typically go to the Chillis ? in Apopka but saw this one and was like heeeey , that would be nice . SADLY NOPE...I love leaving stellar reviews so leaving one like this doesn't sit well with me but it is what it is and hopefully the input will help others experiences to be more palletable ...

We usually have such a good time here, but last time there was such a long wait time due to host who just points at customers and takes them to the table without clarifying the amount in their party. Happened to three people before us. Very odd experience. ?

I waited in the lobby for 5 mins before I said something to a server about a pickup order, 2 people looked at me and passed by me without greeting me or asking if I could be helped. By far the worst customer experience I've had ,I was ignored...
got to go food today. it was great, service was great. i work in the service industry and wanted to compliment Carolyn she was great. food was very good :)

Terrible service. Walked in at about 1:10pm to and pretty empty restaurant. Party of 3 including my 13 month old. When we arrived we were sat and asked if we needed a high chair for the baby. After we were seated that was the last time we were acknowledged. People that came in after us were given chips and asked about drinks. After 30 minutes we got up and left. We even got up right next to a waitress and it’s like we were invisible. We are visiting for NY and just wanted to sit down for an early lunch. Expected much more from this location.
