Just ate here for the first time tonight with my parents. Impeccable service. Quality food. Very nice ambiance. Loved it! We order chicken Marsala, New York strip, the grouper, scallop appetizer, Caesar salad, bruschetta and deserts. We also had the for old fashioned, a mojito and the pear martini.

While it was pretty empty on a Saturday night, everything was good. Service excellent, food good not fabulous. Great wedge salad big enough to be shared. Paella, veal Marsala, and other dishes good.

This is my wife's favorite place. Food is fantastic and drinks are fantastic. Servers are on it. They don't miss a beat. Going there tonight for the wifeys birthday.

My new favorite restaurant. Fettuccine Alfredo is the best I've ever had in my entire life! Noodles look like they were made from scratch there. The lamb chops were super tender, perfectly flavored and cooked. NOTHING needed added salt. Atmosphere is so luxury, i almost felt too poor for this but they are reasonable priced. Beautiful inside, super clean and sparkling glasses. CAN'T WAIT to go back. Hostess are very welcoming and Chardonnay was on point!

Food was decent, Not spectacular. Service was Ew omg no. The server had an attitude, the GM came by the table to speak to us casually. I didn’t even get to respond to her she walked right away , very unpersonable. The restaurant itself is beautiful, very well decorated.

Great ambiance and amazing food quality. The name says it all the Prime filet doesn't get any better. Don't forget dessert or one of the many delicious appetizers. Chef/Owner is outstanding.

I decided that I was going to use this restaurant as a substitution for my reception and it was the WORST decision I ever made. My maid of honor worked with the owner to setup a reservation for my wedding guests for 55 people and 48 showed up. At the end of our meal (which wasn’t great) my maid of honor was told that we would need to pay a $400+ fee because some people didn’t show (which is fair) but they didn’t mention that to us. The owner mentioned that if we decided to “rent” half of the room, which would be for 65 people we would need to pay a fee, so we didn’t go that route because of course people are unpredictable… They were so unprofessional with how they decided to approach us about the situation, the manager called my maid of honor a liar and that she sent emails explaining the “policies” of the restaurant…that was a lie the only thing she emailed was a copy of the menu. Mind you that my wedding was on a Monday and there was no one there! You would think they would appreciate 48 people that spent good money because the food isn’t cheap. They kept us there for hours trying to squeeze $400+ out of us. It was a whole thing ? Just know we won’t be going back.

Reserved a table at Figs for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend, based on reviews; we are new to the area and have been trying different steakhouses around town, especially those that offer gluten free options (Figs does). Told our server, Kat, that my girlfriend is celiac and asked that she keep everything gluten free. We started with a Caesar salad and asked that they keep the croutons off the dish. Salad came to the table ten minutes later covered in croutons so I asked Kat if she could fix it. She was apologetic and took the salad to replace it.. or so I thought. Salad came back quickly and still had a few croutons and plenty of crouton crumbs. They had clearly just quickly removed what was there rather than making a new one, but my girlfriend didn’t want to make a scene and elected to pass on eating it to avoid the chance of getting sick. We then ordered our entrees.. a filet mignon medium rare w a lobster tail for her (asked for scallops but they were already sold out - no biggy), and I asked for a medium rare New York strip. Steaks came out about twenty minutes later and it was clear that we were both given New York strips, no filet mignon like we had ordered for her. I asked the serving assistant if he could grab our waitress and when she came by she told us it was her fault and offered to “let us eat it and charge us the filet price..” I thought she was kidding at first, but she wasn’t. The $6 up charge certainly wasn’t worth eating a steak we didn’t order (my girlfriend’s favorite steak is the filet) so I asked that she correct it. She came back a few minutes later and said we were lucky and there was another filet ready to go. I had waited for my girlfriend to get her food before I started eating myself. I cut into my NY Strip and it was barely pink inside, arguably more medium well than medium even (I ordered medium rare). I waved Kat down again and she was clearly irritated with me and told me “I guess I can take it back if you don’t want it.” Paying $60 for a steak, I’d like to receive it how I ordered it and asked that she fix it. I also asked if I could speak with the manager as it appeared we either weren’t being taken seriously, or there was something off in the kitchen that night. The owner came over and apologized letting me know that it was busy that night due to the holiday and that my steak would be fixed. My girlfriend felt bad eating in front of me but we didn’t want her steak going cold while they cooked me a new one. Less than five minutes later a new NY strip came to the table. The owner asked me to cut into it and, although it was medium rare, it was incredibly apparent that it had been flash cooked/nuked and even my steak knife had trouble getting through it. The steak was very chewy and to be honest I was just over the experience at that point. Before we left they brought out two small glasses of champagne and joked that we should end on a positive note. They comped $20 worth of drinks and ultimately I paid over $200 for a salad my girlfriend couldn’t eat, a steak cooked incorrectly.. twice, the wrong order placed in front of us, and an overall disappointment on what was anticipated to be a great evening out celebrating V day. The funniest part is that was got to watch the owner and the chef eating a steak at the bar while we waited for ours to get corrected. Very poor experience and will not be returning. The only reason I didn’t give them a 1 star is because the ambiance in the restaurant was nice and I could see it being a good date night spot if the service and food were up to par.
