This place has horrible customer service. I recently purchased 3 meals and I found roaches in my food and was told that I couldn’t get a refund or exchange anything I purchased, although I did not want to exchange anything because it is extremely disgusting that I found roaches in my food. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I see all the bad reviews and can’t agree . I been ordering here 16 years . I never had 1 issue with the food or the delivery . Once they swiped my card twice but they fixed it right away . Food is always fresh and we order many items as we are a family of 6 .

Don’t waste your time. And don’t bother ordering for delivery. They’ll leave your food for last and will add an hour to your delivery time when you call for an eta after waiting for an hour. Worst customer service by far. And they’ve done this 3x already. Really disappointed especially now that I have to remove the 5star review I left them on yelp.

I was burned severe burned on my foot and my entire furniture was ruined. Garbage food and danger to us anyone ordering. Hsd to go with the police to get some sort of resolution because of the physical damage. Originally all i wanted was a refund for the one item but manager refused making a fake name to try to not be held accountable.Manager said she would prefer the police to come charge her for the burn and damage than refund the small fee. My sofa upon opening the bag (not the sauce) below. ABSOLUTLEY RUINED. NO ACCOUNTABILITY HERE. DO NOT EAT HERE.

This was our go to for Chinese takeout. Perhaps not anymore. Food was delivered and not hot (They forgot to send it out!) And the wrong item was delivered. When we called and told them, there was no offer to correct the order, or alternatively an option for a future purchase. We have ordered on a regular basis from them. This may be a game changer and start a hunt for a new Chinese takeout restaurant. Anyone have a recommendation?

We just moved to the area and we're looking for good food. We were hesitant to try this place after being disappointed by so many other places. Very happy we gave it a try. Everything was fresh !!!

Agree with other reviews, this is a NY Style hole-in-the-wall. Garlic sauce was spot on. Veggies were al dente. Portions large. They even honored my request to hold the rice. Extensive menu. Great find!

Love the food here. The closest I've had to traditional Chinese. The pork fried rice and chicken wings is my favorite but the chicken low mein is great too with a side of garlic sauce
