This location is great. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The food is probably the best out of any Hardee’s I’ve been too. Replicate what they’re doing at all your standalone stores. They’re killing it.
I missed Carls Jr... errr, I mean Hardee's. Hardee's was one of the best as they had everything all of the others had under one roof. They phased some things out over the years and still have some pretty good fast food. This location in the Altamonte Mall food court delivers on what Hardee's has to offer. Just a "kudo" to Joe who works the drive-up window at the Hardee's in Caseyville, IL. HE'S AWESOME!! He always gets my order right and greets me with a smile! He knows me by name and he's a GREAT start to my day!! WAY TO GO, JOE!!Dietary restrictions: I'm diabetic, so any burger or biscuit sandwich I order, I have to take the bun/biscuits off (carb restriction).The burger/cheese or sausage/cheese at Hardee's is actually tasty enough on its own, so I don't actually mind doing that.
