I don't know why I never tried food from this place before. I was recommended by my sister, who tried it for the first time, too. I was shocked to be greeted so quickly. I felt like I was in a game of jeopardy. What should I order? what do I get? do I want a drink?... and the questions went on. Until the cashier stated, "Do you need the menu? I was relieved to look at it and knew immediately what I should try. I went for the classic turkey sandwich with no cheese. While waiting for my sandwich, I walked around looking at their product. I didn't even finish before the work said with a smile your sandwich ma'am. I was like, you're fast. I will definitely be back to this location just for having a great experience. The sandwich was perfectly made, and it was like dancing on a cloud of snow. The flavor of the fresh cut tomatoe and honey mustard was . There's definitely room to stay for lunch. It's an open space with a few tables for you to wait or eat.

Ham was great! Got over charged for my online/pre-paid order. I will not be coming back to the Altamonte Springs store front location. I have been buying and receiving orders from this location for over a couple of decades and 2023 is the last. I can tolerate the rudeness of some here, incomplete orders, and tardiness of mostorders here but, lacking the quantity that I ordered this last time was it for me.

Had an incredible lunch experience at this location! Alison, the staff member who took our order, was amazing. She ensured we got exactly what we wanted and exhibited great patience as we navigated ordering with kids. The chef was equally accommodating; when we accidentally ordered the wrong item, she fixed it with a pleasant attitude. A delightful combination of excellent customer service and delicious food. Highly recommend this spot!

Came to pick up my thanksgiving meal with my friend I care for that is 77 with severe Dementia . I waited in a long line and they refused to allow him to use the bathroom . This is beyond rediculous ! After this never ordering from them again ! Disrespecting an elderly vet is beyond comprehensible !
I never imagined I would be writing this because our household gets a Honey Baked Ham every year. I bought it the other day but decided to open it the day before Thanksgiving to have a slice and to my surprise this is what I saw. The glaze broken and the meat burnt and dry. I saw the return policy online and thought it would be no big deal because the company has high standards. When I got to this location and explained that I opened it and this is how it looked and showed the ham, the manager told the cashier to "just get it." Then the manager walked to the opposite side of the room and said "Was it just dark on top or all over?! Because it's supposed to be dark on top." I said it was dark all over and the meat is hard and dry. She goes "Well I just want you to know it's supposed to be dark on top." Then the cashier brings the new one and tells me "Just so you know you don't put these hams in the oven". I then said Ma'am, I've been buying a ham for years. I didn't put it in the oven and it's not supposed to look like this. For a company that has a 60 day guarantee for satisfaction, you would think one should be treated with kindness when returning an item. There was not one person who said "I'm so sorry, let's get you a new one" from anyone at this location. There was no apology for the inconvenience, and no additional item given to make up for it for anyone wondering. So I'm writing this so that everyone looks at their ham as soon as possible so that way nobody serves their loved ones a burnt ham on Thanksgiving. And maybe think twice about giving your money to this location until their customer service improves.

i rarely eat ham, pork, etc., but once in a while I need it, and no one does it better than honeybaked ham company. Love the Altamonte store, clean, great service, and that unbeatable honeybaked ham.

First time here! I didn't know what to expect!They have a nice southern market vibe with the retail area where you can buy most of the recipes to take home. The store front area and seating area are nice and cozy.The lady at the counter was very kind and did a great job recommending the chicken salad and making sure my moths and I were well taken care of. The chicken salad and potato salad are a must!I wasn't feeling pork, so I needed a bit of help finding something tasty. The lady recommended the chicken salad, and it was delicious!I'll definitely be back
