The worst Panera Bread ever. The services are the worst. I’ve been in a lot of Panera bread but I don’t recommend this.

We ordered a fuji apple salad and chicken Chipotle avocado melt. The salad had no apple on it and the sandwich had no avocado. This is all in addition to our incomplete food taking upwards of 20 minutes with those who came after us getting their food first. We were charged for a full sandwich in a pick 2?? I understand 1 or 2 mistakes but this is just sloppy.

I order a tuna sandwich through the Panera app. Once I got home and opened the sandwich, i noticed that there was NO tuna on the sandwich. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager named Nicole. I explained to her there was NO tuna on my sandwich and she actually laughed at the situation as if anything was funny. She said I would be getting an email with a voucher for the $17.18 so I could replace my order at a later date. Have yet to receive this email Nicole said that I would receive.

The workers were very nice but the one white guy (may be bald idk) with the business suit on denied me a plastic utensils when I walked in to ask for one ?. I had food with me but forgot a utensils and he said I had to pay to get one which didn’t make sense since they are technically free. His attitude towards me was uncalled for. Other than that the food is good as always. But be aware ?

They have these new bear claws which I'm not A fan of. The knuckle parts are so hard. You can barely bite through them. They're alot shorter and have less filling. I wish they would go back to the originals.

We came her on a whim. We met Vicky who helped us witb our order. She was the best, most friendly person ever. Her friendly happiness is contagious! I wish everyone was like her. She rocks. Made my day so much better. Our food was good too!!!
Don’t try to get a job here. They say they’re hiring, hire you on the spot and then ghost you. Tried calling them for several weeks and they kept sending me to different people and never getting back to me. Absolute waste of time.

My while avocado melt sandwich does not have enough avocado in it. Also the coffee and hot water jars are empty. But the manager Xavier sent me a cup of coffee upon request.

I’ve ordered here on several occasions both in cafe and on Uber eats and the discrepancy between the food quality is huge. Every order on Uber eats is missing items and the quality of food is terrible. Small portions, cost going up. I ordered rapid pick up tonight and my food was ice cold. In cafe the food is sloppily made and again, tiny portions. The only reason to visit this location is if you’re lucky enough to get Vicky as your cashier - she’s the best!

I ordered 2 bagels, toasted, sliced, with cream cheese through DoorDash. When I got my order the 2 bagel were thrown in the bag with 4 packets of butter and 2 knifes. I called Panera and the rep said oh I’m sorry about that I can refund the amount for the cream cheese or you can come in and pick it up. The fact is you guys screwed up and now I should drive you your location to pickup cream cheese. After spending a total of 17 dollars for my food and to have it delivered.

The chipotle chicken avocado melt was delicious! The staff was very kind and answered any questions I had about the menu. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was calm and had a great vibe. I will definitely be back, this would also make a great place to eat and study.
