I’ve been coming to both the Altamonte and Sanford locations for years but Altamonte has become my go-to.PDQ has broken my heart on many occasions by ruthlessly snatching away beloved menu items over the years (RIP blueberry coleslaw, cali club, Thai curry bowl, PIMENTO CHEESE, coffee), but I have finally seemed to find a safe bet in their frickin awesome Jacked Spicy chicken sandwich, zucchini fries, Parmesan garlic broccoli. Their sauces are good and the food is always so fresh…crunchy lettuce and good pickles are always good indicators of attention to detail and they always deliver. I’m a fan. They put the ol’ chick fil a to shame.

They've changed their menu slightly and staff changed their attitudes. First of all my food was cooked perfect and their Macaroni! Layered with several cheeses and flavor. I didn't really pay attention until I drove off and it came through my phone, I think I was overcharged. Ordered two meals costing about than $11 each upgraded to Macaroni instead of waffle fries (this location always over cook them) but my bill was $35. Did they charge me $5 each for two sides of Macaroni, instead of the upgrade charge. No way my bill should've been $35. I need to dig thru my purse to find that receipt to see the breakdown but I don't remember getting a receipt this time around, ? . My order was 3pc tender combo $11.99 & chicken nugget combo $10.99 both with upgrades to Macaroni instead of waffle fries. Also, this staff has been here a while at the pick up window but they have lost their courteousness. I used to get served with a smile or thank you for coming, now they just shove the bag in your window and say here. Like hurry up and leave vibe. They don't even confirm what you ordered any more. I'm saying something now because it's been the last three times I've visited, I noticed this and it's usually the same two people who serve me at pickup. Weirdly, when they are taking your order, I've seen them both at that window too they have a more pleasant delivery. I'll make sure to note names on next visit. This didn't used to be my experience there, with these employees, or at any location.
Warm greetings upon entry set the stage for a nice welcoming experience.Staff was attentive and recommended great yummy choices.Chicken was fresh, airy crisp taste.My family enjoyed the restaurant. PDQ was in effect.Dietary restrictions: Salad was clean and ready for condiments.
We invaded with 5 kids, ordered everything in the most confusing fashion ever and the staff did a wonderful job making sure each kid got got what wanted to eat. They also accommodated all of our allergies. Excellent place for lunch! Not too busy either but if you were there when we were, sorry for the noise! ?Vegetarian options: Loved the Parmesan Broccoli! The Mac and cheese was super creamy too ?
