the employee Chanler is by far the nicest, most helpful, considerate, caring food service employee I have ever met in my life. she is incredible and really seems to hold this place together as she is in there working hard every single time I go in to eat. seems to work harder and more than anyone else at this location. the company is blessed to have her.

The black girl was stingy when I asked her to put more riice in my bowl!! She added more rice but then she didn't put a lot of meat!! I only asked for few topings so why do they have to be stingy with the stuff they put in my bowl?! Like the previous review said it's freaking $12 for a bowl! She also has attitude!!!!I told my daughter we will not visit Qdoba anytime soon! It's ridiculous!!!

I've been a pretty regular visitor at this location since I first decided to try it and would have given 5 stars based on those visits.... However after tonight no more, that cashier has to go, end of story.... I should have asked for a mgr after the smarta** comment as you were clueless about our order but it's easier to go elsewhere then fight with a minimum wage cashier... ?

OMG I just purchased a quesadilla for $12 .... I mean no drink no sides and I asked for more chicken because she grabbed the smallest spoon she could find... look at the picture tell me where is the CHICKEN the tells me she gotta charge extra... really a 12 dollar quesadilla and now I want $15....if it was $7 ok but $12 and using a 2 tablespoon scoop rip off ALERT looks like a Veggie wrap...omg

The food was cold , no silverware in my bag drink was hot. My whole meal was open not close properly. The manager was rude and disrespectful. Try to blame it on the lyft driver . He ask had my order been cancel I to him no he toxic and needs more training on how to handle customers and customer service. Now I have to try to warm old food up because it old and late . Horrible

It’s chipotle but better. More options, AND the veggie fajitas are free!! AND AND they have mango salsa as a topping!! AND AND AND they have have pickled onions. Ugh ? I got the impossible meat salad. Their impossible meat is very good.

I have been going here for years.. I understand the price goes up to almost 16 bucks for the nachos the way I like them .. I do chips on the side so they don’t get soggy.. for years now.. this time she hands me a lil clear bag of chips.. I ask about the brown bag of chips and she like that for when u buy separately. I asked for when did you start this because I’ve been coming here all the time and I’ve never seen these bags.. so she sends me on my way with so little chips that I don’t even get to enjoy my $16 nachos.. ugh.. I’m getting tired of the cost. Going up in the quantity getting less… I’ve been biting my tongue for the past few visits, but this time I have just had enough.. time for a new nacho joint.. sorry * just now tried the chips and OMG they’re trying to kill me with all the salt!!!!

This place was just wrong! Very tiny portion for my nachos. Gave me chicken full of fat and water, not cooked well and I ended up sick!!! Plus I had to deal with a rude Indian lady worker for no reason. First and last time here!

Well.... not the perfect visit. We ordered over the phone because there was no option on the app to ask for a side "on the side". I arrived to find no marked curbside parking.... After parking as close as I could, I called the number on the confirmation email. It rang once before sounding like a fax machine answered, then disconnected. Same thing the 2nd time so in I went. Thankfully I checked the food because the side items that were on the side, were also in the burrito bowl.... they made a new one for me after I asked.I will try them again and update this if it's a better time.
