The Starbucks nearby on the other side of I4 on 434 is way better. I have decided to only go to that one even though this one is closer to me. Here are a few reasons why. The prices. This Starbucks jacks up the prices often. I always only get one thing so I notice. Often times their nitro machine is broken. It's like the McDonald's McFlurry thing-- why is the equipment for regular menu items breaking so frequently? Drive through service in the weekday mornings is annoying. No I do not want to start out with something to eat. Just let me order. The girl recently at the window on weekday mornings is rude and passive aggressive when I ask for a straw. Maybe bc I don't tip on my already overpriced drink? The other Starbucks on 434 is great! I'll be going there only from now on. Much better management.

Went today. I really like the the the new lavender matcha oatmilk drink, but prefer blended drinks. Mac was so helpful and was able to suggest the perfect balance by subbing half of the lavender powder in the lavender creme Frappuccino with matcha powder. I forgot to ask for oatmilk instead of the normal dairy, but then he went back and let the barista know to sub it. This drink tastes like stiaght lucky charms! It is so good and Mac was so helpful today!

Everyone is super friendly. The only issue I have is lately mobile pick up isn't an option so I've had to change my location. I like to get In and out pretty quickly.

It's a somewhat small location but typically not over crowded. Even though I order on the Mobile app they are pretty good at interacting with you while your waiting for the most part. If the manager is on duty she will always thank you for coming of course not the rest of the staff but that's why the managers get paid the big bucks. No complaints. A chill atmosphere

Love this location, especially at this time of the year Holidays. Have been going to this location for a whike since is close to work and as an always greet customer service. Food is great, in todays visit i got the holiday gingerbread chai latte, cranberry bliss cake and a pumpkin loaf bread. Tbey have a inside and outside sitting. They also have a drive thu. In the mornings it gets a little hard to come in or out the parking lot.

Excellent. All of the staff here were very friendly and accommodating despite it being later in the day. Glad to have found my way here today after a pretentious, better-than-you, experience at a locally owned “hyped” cafe in downtown Orlando.

Always love this location! They’ve always been quick and efficient. Today I had a weird issue with my mobile order I tried to place and joe was super helpful and got it resolved for me quickly. Thank you joe and the rest of the staff for always being great :)

Drive through doesn’t have enough room at times. Was over charged but it was fixed by a manager and everyone was apologetic, I just wish it hadn’t happened to begin with.Parking: You’ll end up parking far far away or BE far far away if you are trying drive thru at this location.

Love going to this Starbucks location. Staff are always alert and friendly. Drinks are always made perfectly. The only issue is the morning traffic. Getting to the parking by avoiding the drive-through lane is a hassle, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is that good.

Ordered 5 items and 2 of my refreshers were not filled up. A little upset because I never have this issue. I thought it was because we asked for no ice but another item we had in this order had ice and also was not filled up to the top but wasnt as bad as these 2 refreshers. I usually never have an issue with this starbucks, in fact it's my favorite location but it's a little upsetting that I paid for the size and ended up getting the quantity of a smaller size. We ordered through UberEats and the bag was sealed so I believe it wasn't due to delivery since there was no spill either. All cups had a sticker seal on the cup opening.
