The waiters/bartenders Joe, Christian and Eswin are excellent employees. They are the nices, most courteous people we have met. They all went that extra mile that most employees do not show now a days to make you feel wamted and appreciate it. These employees deserve to be recognized in one way or another. We stayed at your hotel for a baseball tournament and we will try to stay here always. Thank you.Ernie and Mercy HernandezRoom 744Parking: Parking is great and free.

For a hotel restaurant, it was very good. The service and food were good. The cocktails were also good and they offer a small craft beer selection.

We went there for breakfast several days. The food was good, hot, and flavorful. We had the breakfast buffet most days. You can get eggs on the Buffet, or they will cook them to order. This is unique in my experience. The service people are very friendly and provide outstanding service. I would recommend this restaurant for breakfast without hesitation.

I have eaten at this restaurant every time I stay here, and the Short Ribs are amazing. I order them every time and am never disssapointed.

Since we got there a little later than usual, dining room was not crowded, which was fine with us. Good quality and didn't take long at all to receive our order.

Wow! Outstanding! This place is conveniently located inside the Hilton, Altamonte Springs Hotel. This hotel sports probably THE BEST hotel restaurant I have ever visited at a mid-level hotel. Their chefs specialize in many seafood items that are prepared to high standards. From the poké tuna, to the sword fish, to the red fish. All are exceptional items from their rather eclectic menu ranging from seafood to Korean tacos to Philly cheesesteak. Even the breakfast is tastefully crafted and sure not to disappoint. The food is very pleasing! I cannot rave enough about this place without mentioning help from their exceptional staff members, Tony, Sarah, and Joseph. These team players are warm, friendly, and make you feel at home. What more could a traveling person ask for? I strongly suggest that you not stereotype the food here as being "typical" hotel food and really give this place a shot. I am fairly confident that you will not be disappointed.

In town from south Florida and must say we had the BEST service from both Tyler & Joseph! Amazing service, attentive, even kept us entertained! What a spectacular dynamic to the Hilton team!

For a hotel dinner I gotta say this was a great experience. The hotel was quite a different matter but the food served here was very good and the bar staff was quite friendly. It was a business trip and the trio I was part of dined in Korean beef tacos, mussels in white wine, and I had the spinach fettuccini with shrimp. The tacos had a flavorful shredded beef a Korean slaw with a standout spicy sauce and a hint of seaweed. The mussels were good with a Briney flavor in the sauce and an aftertaste of green olives. The spinach fettuccini was green pasta in olive oil with sliced squash and zucchini with a few medium sized shrimp in accompaniment. All in a all a good meal with friends. The wet in this blanket was the 20+ little leaguers running up and down the lobby while parents sat at the bar drinking, laughing and purposely ignoring the abhorrent behavior of their kids and the complete lack of respect for the experience of other patrons around them. The hotel staff seemed to see no importance in customer experience short of spraying air fresheners around the lobby. It's crazy how no one seems to know how to act in public anymore.

I had the Philly steak sandwich and it was simply amazing. The seasoned fries are large, long and delicious. Comfortable seating and not too noisy background. A great place for a quiet lunch or a business discussion. Nestled inside of the Hilton, this is a winner.
