As a customer and a human being I made a mistake when entering the wrong address for a delivery order. From their management and customer service experience, they were more than professional assisting me having the situation resolve with no issues. Called #listed n my call went 2 a call center! Man n I had hard time communicating. Told me he could take n send my order but there was no promise that I could get it!! WHATTT??? Then why would I order?? When I call a business,I want THAT business 2 have answered my call. Not some 3rd party in God knows where n unable 2 communicate w me sufficiently!! Papa John's has lost me as a customer.
