Always love going to my local chick-fil-a and knowing I’ll get great service everytime time. However, sometimes details matter. I always get the cobb salad base with no chicken or bacon since i’m vegetarian but still enjoy the salad nonetheless. It’s just the last 3 times i’ve gone they always forget my dressing and or the red bell pepper topping that come with it. This last time I got the same order, and it just came out very sad. Very little toppings (egg, corn, etc.), only two cherry tomatoes, and to top it off I even got a piece of plastic. This may seem trivial but I would just appreciate getting what I ask and paid for and I also expect a level of care that I don’t get at any other fast food places. Having to drive back to the location or go inside to ask for corrections gets frustrating and tiring at times so I would like to speak up about it. Please make sure to double check people’s orders to avoid this in the future

Food is fresh and good. Service is great. They have only been open a short time and they seem to have gotten past the “Opening blues”.

Had no clue this location existed but my GPS took me straight there. My only complaint is the drive-thru. I had a mobile order. The rule of thumb is that you place your order than drive up and merge. This location forces you to merge every other vehicle, which means, if I ordered first, depending on when I enter the line. The line to the right will always merge ahead of me. In doing so, the orders won't be in order. Causing longer wait time. Bec, I had a mobile order, the associate brought the food to me, and I had to continue to wait until I found an opening in the line to leave. Yea, they need to fix that.

Only been open a couple months and we've already had two bad experiences here. The first time the chicken was really thin, stringy and tough; and just tasted horrible. The second time they were out of half of the things we ordered and what they did have didn't taste much better. I was really excited for this location because it's really convenient but for now it's gonna be a hard pass. Chickfila's standards and quality just aren't what they used to be.

Loving this new location! The two drive thrus make ordering easy and it goes by so quickly. The employees were so fantastic and knowledgeable. The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely return. Great new place. The inside is kept clean. It's super easy to use the app. I will definitely return.
