Part of my takeout order was unavailable. No one mentioned that to me and they simply did not give any replacement or ask me if I wanted a replacement. Only found out after leaving and noticing part of the order was missing. Called back and was not given any satisfactory service. Barely even an apology.

I ordered a Breaded Buffalo Chicken Wrap Combo and was skeptical because most places don’t know how to do buffalo anything. This wrap and the fries did not disappoint. The wrap was so soggy and the fries had been re-fried several times. I ordered through DoorDash so the cost was pricey. I do not mind paying if the food is decent. I am only giving it a 2-star because the delivery was quick. This was a horrible meal…never again. I should have followed my initial instincts.

Food was decent, nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, my biggest take away was the unpleasant manager who took my order. Didn’t get her name, she was an older lady with dark brown/black hair. Upon being asked about whether I’d placed a pick up order, and informing her that I had, she proceeded to walk into BOH laughing and talking for 4-5 minutes before bringing my order which I had placed 25 minutes prior. I was given a 10 minute wait time on the phone. Unprofessional to say the least, this location should re evaluate their management cause you lost a loyal customer today.
Let me start with saying I'm a bit particular. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal, sauce on the side, fries crispy. Morgan took our order with a smile, provided some ketchup and a receipt, all with a smile. My meal came out with sauce on the side and fries crispy! NAILED IT!!! Also, while we were eating Morgan never stopped. She cleaned chairs from legs to rails and counters and the service area. This is just some really good chicken with really good people in a clean environment.

The food is usually pretty good but the service is awful. The girl at the register you can tell does not want to be here, rolls her eyes, and is just annoyed with everything. It took 15 minutes to get chicken tenders, that's basically all they serve. Will not be back.
