I am usually very pleased with the service at this McDonald's. The cashiers are always very nice and respectful, my order is always made correctly and swiftly, and the temperature of the food is always hot.I'm not entirely sure why this location has a low rating, but it has never disappointed. Although I always go through the drive-thru, the inside looks clean and well taken care of--from what I can see through the windows, and the line moves pretty quickly.

The guy behind the cash register was animatronic. Not friendly. It was a pain to have to serve anyone including me. The sandwiches have gotten radically smaller and the filling too. The sandwich was barely warm and the fries slightly warmer, emphasis on the slightly. Over $16, way too much for the tiny sandwiches, fries and a drink. Will probably not go back.
