This Pizza Hut is a husk of its former Self! it has fell really hard and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a pie with 10 toppings, and they felt the need to throw in some extra ones that I did not ask for to discover this when I got home. I called the store because black olives and grape tomatoes are not my thing. The manager was extremely rude, kept trying to over-talk me, so I naturally was trying to finish saying what I was saying and then she pulls the old “I’m yelling at her card” ( Clearly was not yelling and she was playing victim to not allow me to speak) wanted me to drive back in the middle of Friday-Florida 5pm traffic (IYKYK) and wait for them to make another pie. I wasn’t going through all of that especially living with disabilities and having to wait and take the trip in the first place being hungry, all for them to remake it and potentially spit on it, no thanks!Parking: there’s plenty of places to park because nobody comes here

I typically hesitate to leave negative feedback, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Pizza Hut, particularly regarding an issue I plan to report to their corporate office. My order was placed on Pi Day, consisting of wings, two large pizzas, and one medium, opting for delivery on this occasion despite usually picking up my orders due to its convenience.Unfortunately, upon the delivery's arrival, I noticed the wings were missing. I immediately contacted the store, and the representative assured me that a new order with the missing wings would be dispatched promptly. However, after waiting for an hour with no follow-up, I called again, only to be told by the same staff member that they had been busy but would prioritize my order right away. Regrettably, the night ended with no resolution, as the replacement order never arrived, and it was past 10 PM.I am sharing this experience in hopes that Pizza Hut acknowledges the situation and addresses the lapse in service quality and reliability. A commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount, and I believe this incident highlights an area for improvement.

Even though they messed our order up then gave us the wrong order twice they were sure to make it right and made sure we were satisfied!
If I could give service a 0 I would. We ordered a pizza tonight and it did not arrive until over 30 minutes after it said it was out for delivery. Called the store and spoke to nygra and was hung up on after she told us it had been delivered, then when we called back she admitted it had not been delivered and told us that theyre understaffed and so we should EXPECT it to be late even though we had no way to know that to begin with. Then our order was WRONG and when we spoke to nygra again she told us oh well and would not refund us, apologize, or anything. She was extremely rude and unprofessionalKid-friendliness: I would never let my daughter inside after this woman was so aggressively rude

This location has a bad roach problem, the staff dont wear gloves or hair nets. The location is completely unsanitary and unsafe I will not ever recommend anyone to dine in or buy any pizza from this location. Save your money go somewhere else.Parking: This location sucks
