Square-cut pizza lover’s dream! We stumbled upon this gem tucked away in a corner of a large shopping plaza. Despite coming on a weekend we could easily park outside the restaurant. We sat ourselves and quickly greeted by our server. We happened to dine in on a karaoke night and appreciated the staff allowing our 3 year old to sing. We ordered a 12” double dough pizza and a dozen wings. The meat pizza was a VERY meaty thin crust pizza and the wings came perfectly cooked, paired with carrots and ranch/blue cheese. I ordered the mango-habanero sauce while my husband preferred the hot wings. The mango habanero is on the sweeter side as opposed to something you get at a BWW but pleasantly enjoyable. The wait staff is attentive, friendly, and quick. We loved the atmosphere and overall fun and entertaining dining experience. We look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.Vegetarian options: Lots of pizza, pasta, salad, and appetizer choices.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and gluten free options available.Kid-friendliness: Great for families. I brought my family and friends here to try out the food and it was an extremely good choice. We never had Chicago style pizza before and decided to give it a try. It was simply the best first experience. The serving size was quite nice and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were great and the food was really good. We will definitely be coming back time and time again. Thank you!

Revised March 2024. Just tried Rosati's again under new management. Terribly disappointed. Appetizers were small and expensive. Pizza expensive. Menu is small. No substitutions allowed on pizza. Owner was defensive. In a simple statement: they are focused on customer NO service. You can easily spend $50 or $60 bucks for a meal for 2 at a restaurant that cares less about the customer than McDonald'sRevised Feb 2022. Gave Rosati's another try tonight in the hopes they were getting it figured out. Ordered a double dough pizza -- crust came out as a thin crust type pizza. Waitress did not refill drinks. I even ordered a second drink and it did not come. One could blame the servers but I think it is more systemic to the ownership.Revised December 2020. Terrible service.. got the order wrong.. sat here for 90 minutes waiting for them to fix it.. new ownership have really taken it down hill.

Went there on a Friday night they had live music, playing people drinking at the bar. Me and my family sat in the back corner where it was a little more quiet. The new owners introduced themselves to us, our nice and pleasant, and we shared some meaningful small talk we are from Chicago Originally plus I am Italian, so I am pretty critical about Rosati’s recipe. They’re doing a good job of it over there, but the Mount Prospect Illinois location is the number one. I’ll put this number two. I bought two pizzas for more than 70.00. After waiting more than an hour, the delivery guy called me and he didn't show up. I called him after 20 minutes of waiting outside the apartment. He answered that he had left it in front of my apartment, which wasn't the case, and he told me to go to Look for her where he left her, he was already at his house and he didn't deliver. Now I call the restaurant and they tell me that they won't give me my money back. I waited from February 25th until today and they responded to me by paying for two pizzas with two topin delivery. I didn't get it, I paid for the tip so they could keep everything, with this I let them know about this placeof ma
