Thank you, Tyler! You gave my husband and I great recommendations and you made ordering fun and less tasking because we all know…. Starbucks is basic max. ?But Tyler and his coworkers helped us find our next favorite bev order.
On a couple occasions, the coffee didn’t taste right. It tasted burnt or something. Some days it takes awhile to get my order at drive-thru. Also, did you hire new people? I just got a coffee and when the girl handed it to me, she didn’t even look at me. I thanked her and she said nothing. Not sure what’s going on with your customer service, but you should find another job if that’s your attitude.
