So I ordered 3 subs to be delivered the other night. Ended up not getting orders correct. Contacted them just to get smarted off on. So I contacted corporate and explained what happened and that I will not order from there anymore. Who contacted me back and asked me to send what they needed to get a refund. Well I did and I have reached out to them and of course now I'm not hearing back from them and it's been almost a week now. The sandwiches we did receive had bo taste and had things on it that my child is allergic to. I won't be going back anymore period.

Very disappointed in the service I got ,employee was very slow he made it seem like if he didn't want to be there,he barely even talked I literally had to keep asking him to repeat himself after he would ask wat I wanted on my sub I was the only customer there and it took him almost an hour to get my subs done ,I'm not one to be leaving reviews like this but with this experience I had to .......next time I'll be driving the extra mile for better service......

Typically service at Subway is hit-or-miss… Russell made our sandwiches and set the standard for what Subway service should be! He made a great sandwich, provided great customer service and kept the line area super clean! The experience was great!

I made an order on their app. They accepted the order and took my money. I get a phone call saying they are about to go under construction. They won't transfer my order and then tell me they won't give me my money for 3 to 4 days! What?!! Why take my money if you were closed? My husband was right there about to enter and they were still open.

Can i do negative stars?30 min to order 1 sandwich. Employees had no clue what they where doings and didn't even know how to make the sandwiches. They overcharged me and argued with me when i tried to ask them to correct the issue . 2nd time I've been here and both times i have been disappointed with the service and quality. 100% i would never come back to this location. Employees do not seem to care one but about their job or the customer. Terrible

Never have Italian bread I don’t see why I always waiste my time driving over there. And when I call I never get an answer. Should close and open a fire subs

I’m so disappointed in the quantity here..This cost me $10. This is not a $10 salad..the staff was really nice, but since when did Subway change the salad portions? They used to put it in a big bowl and chop it all up for you, but now they use these small bowls and only fill them up barely half way. I feel cheated to be honest. Like I completely wasted $10 on lunch.Flavor is always good, but again and I’m sure others will whole heartedly agree, when you only order a salad for lunch, you don’t expect a half filled small bowl, you expect a lunch portion size salad. Guess what? I’m still hungry and already spent my $10 lunch budget for the day. Great. Thanks Subway.

This place is absolutely disgusting. One employee was extremely rude, all I asked was for a bit more sauce and he ANGRILY put a third of the bottle on my sub.If you don’t want to work the don’t work but don’t be nasty to people like that. I would never recommend this location.
