This Taco Bell is a joke biggest waste of money, I've had so many horrible experiences with little to nothing in an item I order or it being sloppy but this is gross. I ordered a cheese quesadilla with extra cheese, and instead I got a burnt tortilla with little bits of cheese at the edge I kept biting around hoping to find cheese somewhere, this is ridiculous. Don't EVER waste your money here. I had to mute the video cause I was saying some words while being hangry.

I’m going to be up there everyday until they district manager shows up THE GENERAL MANAGER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS TO KNOW THE RESPONSIBILITIES THAT COME WITH HER TITLE SHE NEEDS TO BE A SHIFT LEAD BECAUSE THE SHIFT LEADERD MOUTH SEEM TO BE THE WAY SHE COMMUNICATES AND THATS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SO UNTIL I GET IN CONTACT WITH HER BOSS I WILL BE UP THERE EVERYDAY LOOKING TO SPEAK WITH THE DISTRICT MANAGER SOMEONE WHO HOPEFULLY KNOWS HOW TO DO THEIR JOB

Holey Moley. Where do I start. My name is Natalie and I come here often. When I first realized I come here more often than average I thought "what ease!" Was it the food? Perhaps! I admit, it is quite tasty not just often but every. Single. Time. However that was not quite it. No, the food was good, but that alone did not confirm I would return. I pondered the reason time and time again, finding myself returning again and again, curiouser and curiouser. Finally, today, after speaking with Lauren, and eating food prepared by Paul and Sharon, it hit me. Good lord above, I know now why I am able to come and go with such ease, a big fat smile on my face every time I return and another as I depart, certain I would return. The answer was crystal clear. The customer service. Why, might one ask, do I know the names of the people that prepared my food? They weren't even at the window! Simple. Because their names are names worth knowing. Some may consider my order complex. A stacker grilled extra long, add spicy ranch and fiesta strips. Not Paul and Sharon. Not Lauren whomst took my order so diligently, so politely, no one in this wonderful place I adore so greatly. I'll be back.

Cleaner than 90% of the fast food restaurants we’ve sat in lately. Nice people, quiet atmosphere. We had a great time. And my weird order was fulfilled perfectly.Dietary restrictions: I can’t have carbs and my request was handled in a polite, matter-of-fact way.Kid-friendliness: Music didn’t have any questionable lyrics.

I just want to start this by saying the day prior I went to the mcdonalds across the street where I waited 40 minutes and then when I got my food I Was treated like the bad guy. Today I decided to get some taco bell and was immediately greeted by very kind and caring staff. My food took about 13 minutes to get out and when it did someone apologized and gave me free taco coupons for the wait. Outstand customer service from this location.
Spent over 22.00$ here, for minimal items, look at the pictures! I get cold lettuce,and a piece of chicken. Never going back here, service was awful. Do better Taco bell. Yes, I included a picture of my receipt for reference. Awful. Couldn't finish the food.
