Just ordered from Taco Bell on rock springs road 8April around 540pm and they did a great job. It was a $50 order and everything was correct and made perfectly. Great customer service!!!

I got 3 soft taco supremes about 3:30 today. The tortillas were frozen? had to microwave when i got home. There goes the sour cream. I opened the last taco to put sauce in and there was NO MEAT! What a shame.

I went to this taco bell at around 7:30pm -8:30 pm. My order was about $48. The cashier there did not want to take my $100 dollar bill because supposedly they had no cash. Then he didnt give my the cup for the third drink, I showed the the manager and she confirmed it. The kid that was the cashier not friendly atall. They were lucky I was not close to home or I would have cancelled the entire order. The burritos were a bit mushy.

I had a very bad experience at the drive through on 11/20. A few days later I came back to speak with a manager about it. Manager Ritchie was very professional and made it right. Thank you Ritchie.As for the tomboy cashier with tattoos acting like she was the manager who told me her name was Francilia (most likely a fake name) and the young late night manager on 11/20 around 1am, you both need more training from Ritchie on how to treat customers.
Never able to get breakfast in the morning. Will try to stop between 8-8:30am, and have been told they are out of eggs, they are out of hash browns, they have nothing but eggs (no bacon, no sausage), or something is broken and you can't get anything from the fryer.

Everything was good other than the quesadilla didn’t have sauce on it. Just cheese and meat. Additionally, you can’t order at the register, only at the kiosk.Theres a sign stating that at the register. How I order my burritos is not an option on the kiosk. So I had to go to the drive-thru, which I’m not really a big fan of.

I ordered ONE cheese quesadilla ONLINE, came through the drive through 10 mins after ordering to pickup and the lady said to pull up to the white line above and that they will take the food out to me. There was no one in line or behind me, waited 5 mins to bring out my cheese
