UPDATE: This taco bell has improved drastically since I first made this review. I would now suggest it!This place is very slow, constantly gets orders wrong, and isn’t worth your time. Go here as a last resort. My last order I got a chalupa with sour cream all over the outside of the shell, to the point it looked like they put it there on purpose. The 5 layer burrito i ordered had no ground beef until i got to the very end of the burrito. I was convinced they forgot to add the beef until the last couple of bites. Of all the taco bells in the area this is the worst. It’s a shame because this one is more conveniently located than the others for me.

The employees kindly put wood polishing or wood cleaner on my cinna sticks. If you were to actually smell them you would gag. That's how much is on them. I smelled it through the bag and when I opened it the smell hit me. If you notice how greased the package looks. I reported the situation and have not heard anything. I could not tell the manager because they are in cahoots with each other and laugh in an customers face.

these people are so rude, worst customer service and so nasty. hurling the food on the counter and acting as is we're guests they never wanted in their home. food comes quick but they're b1tch3s about having to work. no one doubted you to take that job.

1/6/24 approximately 1:15am I arrived to the establishment to purchase something to eat , but unfortunately my semi truck doesn’t fit inside the drive thru. So I tried to walk in but doors are shut which is understandable given the time of night. I then walk thru the drive thru to end up incontact with a women on the speaker. I described my situation to then quickly get denied because Im walking and don’t have a small car to fit in the drive thru. To think you’d have no establishment if it wasn’t for truck drivers yet you denied us service is insane. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere

Attention owner your Uber eats customers are customers too and should be treated like the rest of your drive thru and walk in customers. Your employees make the drivers wait over 20 minutes before they even start the order! I have reported this to upper management in Uber eats if you’re not going to comply with Uber eats policies you will be removed from the platform. This is unacceptable behavior and a form of discrimination against your Uber. Eat customers.

I did a drive thru order... pulled up to the box and said my name... William... very clearly and asked for no ice in my drink as well... I got up to the window the lady accused me of not talking through the speaker and was super rude... she goes I heard an order for Mario and Alicia... I didn't hear no William... it's gonna be a few... acting like I did something wrong... won't be back to this one for a while... apopka right up the road...

How does this location stay in business? I don't expect much when going to Taco Bell but that location actually has deep contempt for their customers. Don't expect anyone to answer the drive thru speaker. When you pull around after 10 min while a line forms behind you, they just look at you and tell you they cannot take an order at the window. And that was coming from the manager! If you want to waste your time, get treated like garbage, and lose your temper, that Taco Bell is for you!

So I went to Taco Bell and went through the drive thru. It was pretty quick to order and receive our food. Then, as we were driving away, I noticed the one item I ordered was missing. I ordered a cinnamon twist while my babe ordered the number 10 and two chicken quesadillas. I didn't bother to go back to get what I ordered because I was on a time schedule. They did charge for it. I normally likes to come to this location because of the fast service. This is the first time they forgot about an item. I would recommend this location still.

My first impression was that the place was extremely clean. Don't let that fool you. I was waiting there for mobile pickup, no one even acknowledged that I entered the place. The whole reason to have a pickup area is for the employees to put it there, no? I'm standing there for 20 minutes waiting for a simple order and FINALLY A PERSON RECOGNIZED SOMEONE ENTERED THE BUILDING. Finally greets me and apparently my order was just sitting there. The employee had an attitude giving me my food. 0/10!!!
