Feb 2, 2022...... I work in a fast food joint and your cashier has no sense of customer service. takin the order sounded like she ain't even want to be there.....I was polite with her....said thank you my dear and she got offended....idk why....I'm guessing she's used to customers berating her but that ain't my be style.....teach your cashier's that there are good customers that appreciate what they and if she can't accept that then maybe Wendys or retail period isn't for her
Stopped there for lunch. My meal order includes a drink. They are out of Sprite. Asked for a small natural lemonade. They wouldn’t have it! If I wanted it, I had to pay extra. When it comes to it, I don’t mind having to pay extra, which I did. What I mind is the attitude of that’s too bad, we don’t have it, so if you want something you pay extra for it. The tone of the rude manager (who’s name the employee at the window refused to spell out) not acceptable to me. I’m not of her ethnicity, so no…I don’t appreciate the rude attitude and treatment. If that’s acceptable to her, it’s not to me. If she’s having a bad day, she should ask me what a bad day looks like.
