Whoever owns this Wendy’s needs to look more into who they’re hiring. I work on the road so I’ve been to a lot of different Wendy’s around the area but this one is by far the worst. And the saddest part is that it’s right next to where I live. Either they forget things in your order, the burgers look like they assembled them with blindfolds on, or they flat out make you wait 20+ minutes JUST TO PAY. And another 10 minutes for you to receive your food. Me and my family were in the drive through today and we didn’t even make it to the window to pay yet and we were already waiting 20 minutes. The 2 cars behind me who had already ordered drove off. Shortly after, we drove off too. Can’t imagine how much food they have to trash because of this. Unacceptable. We went to the McDonalds down the rode, and were in and out of the drive through in not even 5 minutes. Sad cuz Wendy’s has good food, but the service makes me not even wanna think about coming here.

The drive thru lady I get frequently has worked there a long time and you can tell she takes pride in being on top of her game. Actually everyone there is tops. Line moves and the food is hot.

I’m Fully convinced this location doesn’t even know what the ghost pepper chicken sandwich is. Every time we order the ghost pepper sandwich we receive in return a regular chicken sandwich - do y’all know the difference? Like is it really that hard. I’m done wasting money here ??♀️
