“Delicious EVERY TIME !Come on in to Slims for the best bbq joint in town!( Backyard BBQ don't count )Tonight we tried the brisket & it was a lil too peppery! I think it needs a lil work on the salt & pepper ratio. But overall pretty good.The ribs, sliced pork and sides are always on point!The service is some of the BEST in town!9/10“
