Never ever have enough staff to operate efficiently and constantly getting the food order wrong, even after repeating it back five or six times so ten to twelve altogether yes you read that correctly they still got the order incorrect! I know fast food can be a little bit of a pain but when there were no cars none well a door dash did come in behind us which we were asked to move for so we had to exit the stores drive thru to pull all the way back around again so this door dash could get there order. Now ours was not difficult just a request for no pickle on any of our sandwiches well that was just too much to get correct well they did on three of the four but not acceptable no pickles means no pickles should not be hard to comprehend when four out of four are no pickles!

Pulled in drive thru. They were rude and didn’t accept the app code and was the only car in the drive thru. no one in the lobby. Pulled up to second window and the manager told us she can’t put in the six digits because she would have to ring everything up again to use the code. Slammed the window and opened up the window handed us the food and slammed the window closed. Then locked it right away. Never have we been treated this way at this business.

As long as the AC doesn't break down again, it's an easy place to grab a quick bite. Service is usually good but as the day shift ends & night shift starts, the service, food & atmosphere take a serious nose dive. Most fastfood restaurants do the same but on a smaller scale. While it's convenient to have a place to eat late, it's a roll of the dice as to whether the food will be edible or even recognizable.Parking: The entrance to the parking lot is terrible. It's just shy of being a 90°angle so unless you've lived here your whole life &/or know to expect the sharp edge, your vehicle can/will take a hit if it's anything less than a truckKid-friendliness: Kid meals are available & so are highchairs but never any kid friendly TV (usually just news or politics) or coloring activities. Occasionally they have little paper/cardboard "crowns" that kids can take

This burger King is so dirty and the bathrooms are nasty and the dining area floor is all sticky and trash on the floor and tables are dirty. I can't eat here I came here with 20 members of my family we happened to eat burgers King and now we are going to McDonald's for dinner, and the manager with the white shirt served cold food.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Placed my order at 9:16pm got my food 10 min later, figured it would be fresh and hot, boy was I wrong! Chicken sandwich was cold, bread was stale, fries were re-dipped in oil, I can tell the difference! My husbands whopper was a hockey puck with stale bread, limp lettuce and the most pathetic tomato. I don’t expect too much from fast food, however prices gone up quality gone down I’m not ok with that. Burger King is unfortunately no longer what it used to be. Time to close the doors. The girl that took my order was rude, was rushing me, and literally “sighed” when I said I needed a moment. I just moved to Arcadia but I can tell you I will NEVER go back to that location or any location for that matter. Where we chose to spend our money as consumers should mean something, especially these days. But it seems like nobody cares anymore about quality or service.
