“I go here once a week for a bagel w/cream cheese. I've held a couple of meetings here. It's pretty quiet and they don't mind if you hang out.Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options.Parking: Always plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is wheelchair accessible.“
“Little gem close to the beach. Delicious food and wondeful service. Locally owned. I tried the mint tea on recommendation from the owner. Loved it! My husband and I shared the charcuterie board, and the hummus was amazing with warm pita. Going back to try the baked goods and turkish coffee.“
“Most excellent place. I have dined here multiple times and it has always always been great. Also, if you’re a cream soda fan, like I am, they have it in 2 flavors- pineapple and vanilla. Try the spaghetti pie- you’ll be back for another. Smiles galore with your dining experience.“
“We were greet with a very warm welcome upon entering the bldg, seated quickly and greeted once again by an amazing waitress. The food was delicious, I had the new Shrimp and gritsDelicious . To top things off Loren Sanford , stopped by our table to makeSure everything was going good. His customer service was amazing and we leftFW feeling like we’d like toComeBack. Excellent service and phenomenal customer service something you don’t see often anymore“
“Absolutely adore this place! I stop by to see their season rotations often and I just love their cream puffs. The atmosphere is a great chill spot for coffee and just a moment of peace if you go in a non busy hour. They're very quick to get your order done and there's no question of quality as they always do good!Parking: Not very many spots in front of it, try the side of the building that has more parking spaces!“
“First time I've been to Great Harvest Bread co and by far the Best sandwich I've ever eaten! The fresh handmade bread is so amazing! Great prices and honestly the best lunch I've had in a while...cheaper than McDonald's and it's good 4u. The service was wonderful, they treated me like a friend instead of just the next guy in line i felt so welcome here I will definitely be back.“
“Most American foods are very salty, but here they are relatively less salty.I was expecting a creamy omelette, but I got something different, similar to pizza. It's connected to a shopping mall, so parking is easy, and there may be a wait because it's crowded. We waited very briefly. (The wait for outdoor seats is longer)I recommend the Florida Omelet and Cucumber Mojito.“
“This is an amazing breakfast spot out at Jax Beach. I had been once or twice a long time ago but this time we went back was truly so good. I will be back for another Crabcake Benedict. I ate almost all of it in one sitting and could have eaten more if I hadn't wanted to avoid my stomach hurting. My kids loved this place too and there is a laid back environment walking distance from a beach access.Kid-friendliness: My kids absolutely loved this place and I would like to take them back.“
“My favorite hidden gem in Jacksonville! Nice decor and boutique at the front. I am not a big tea person so I opt for their hot chocolate instead, its not too sweet which I like. Chicken salad sandwich and tomato basil soup are a must try! I also love the cracker & cheese spread appetizer given :D“
“I was looking for a light brunch before heading out of town for the weekend and I found Ahava Cafe at the Chabad on the UNF campus off St John's Bluff. I love the name of the cafe. Ahava is one of my favorite expressions of love. It's Hebrew and kind of means "love in action." It's both just an experience or emotion, but a love of the will; a love that is faithful and persistent. But I digress...Ahava Cafe is a simple cafe serving coffee, smoothies, pastries, and simple sandwiches and paninis. We got the Avocado Toast and Bagels and Lox. The Avocado Toast was hefty. Thick toast spread with pesto, sliced avocados, an obscene amount of feta cheese, and everything bagel seasoning. The bagels and lox was a traditional offering with a plain bagel, a thick spreading of cream cheese and topped with smoked salmon, tomatoes, and thin sliced red onions. Both of these plates were delicious. The pesto was a delicious contrast with the feta and avocado and the bagel and lox were cool and refreshing. Definitely go check them out.“
“from the moment we walked in the staff was super friendly. atmosphere was desirable. our server alex was fantastic! i had a salad and my friend had some sliders, we also had the warm brie and fruit appetizer. everything was yummy! perfect dinner stop while visiting this city!also, we did not know they closed at 9 and we got there just before 9... left around 9:20none of the staff made us feel rushed at all or made us aware they were closing. they took exceptional care of us, thanks for a great dinner experience during our travels!“
“The coffee shop is super nice and good coffee but you will have to wait a fairly long time for a coffee. Three people on the bar and I had to wait over 15 mins for a coffee. :/ good thing do come to those who wait, but if you're in a hurry, you might be better at Starbies.“
“Our server, Matt B was (and is always!) awesome. He is kind, warm, attentive, knowledgeable and prompt. Great guy and we are always happy to see him when we come in!!! We also think the bartender, Jeremy rocks. He always makes it a point to talk to us and say hi. They are both such assets to ABE!“
“I was immediately enchanted with the presentation of the place. What a charming establishment! Today was my first visit and I had the NY bagel (add avocado) and an iced coffee with vanilla and oatmilk. Delicious and exactly what I needed to perk up today. I will be returning.Edit: Actually... I may not return. I just read way too many recent reviews citing an ill-tempered employee and I don't want to risk having an altercation. How unfortunate. Whoever you are, check your attitude for the sake of the business.“
“The Bundy Cafe has a nice selection for breakfast. We ordered at the counter, and our food was delivered to our table. Everything & everyone was neat, clean, and very pleasant. It's open Monday-Friday only.I wish it was open on the weekends.“
“This place is a total gem! I was at Dollar General and, it was breakfast time. Saw this place and decided to pop in. I am very glad I did! The food is really good, quantity is great and the price for what you get, you don't see that very often anymore. The lady that took my order was very nice and efficient. The food came out quickly. I think I waited 10 minutes for a breakfast burrito, two breakfast pitas and a seafood platter for later. Even the coffee is good and $1.79 for a medium cup is a fair price to pay. I would highly recommend this if you're ever near Shad Rd for breakfast/lunch time.“
“I bought the signature chicken sandwich and paid extra to add avocado - only to leave and open my sandwich to discover ONE single, small slice of avocado in it. Thank God I didn’t get far because I promptly called the store to make them aware of my situation and return. Bruce answered the phone and assured me that my sandwich would be remade and the appropriate amount (1/4 of a whole avocado sliced) of avocado would be put on my sandwich. I arrived and he apologized again and was so polite and kind. Would definitely visit this store again with this kind of treatment. I understand we are all humans and make mistake; so the situation being promptly corrected was greatly appreciated!“
“I am a frequent customer at Grinders. The food is great and I see other customers that come frequently as well. I want to also say that the service is better than other restaurants in the area. My favorite waitress is Michelle. She constantly goes out of her way to be responsive to the customers and her courtesy is next to none. I see her helping the other servers by bringing food to their tables and she is constantly cleaning tables to make sure that the customers have a clean environment. Overall Grinders has no competition and I am a life long customer.“
“I've been to many boba places in Jacksonville and this one is my absolute FAVORITE! wonderful drinks and great staff with a comfortable atmosphere! Also the prices are extremely reasonable! They have a huge variety of drinks and the quality is amazing! 10/10 definitely would recommend! We go halfway across the city just to get boba here!“
“I placed delivery order from out of town to Baptist Beaches Maternity. ( A THANK YOU GIFT FOR THE NURSES). I am blown away..my ordered was delivered in 10 mins from time I ordered online. Had call that some items were not available but replaced w other cookies. Also doordash called immediately for instructions. Awesome service!!!! ?“
“I LOVE how many plant-based options there are at the campus cafe!!!! An all-vegan station, vegan pizza (that actually uses tasty vegan cheese), a GREAT salad bar full of produce fresh from Ogier gardens. The desserts are ridiculously tempting. Joseph Demelo makes the best pizza & Mickey makes the yummiest vegan oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! A couple of my favorite things I've tried were mushroom lentil meatballs & beets cooked with some sweet orange sauce. Honestly this is one of my happy places, hahah. THANK YOU ALL!“
“THANK GOODNESS I ordered the half sandwich and soup!!! Because it was more than enough! Even though I finished every last bite! The regular sandwiches are HUGE!!! I noticed lots of nice servings of healthy dishes passing by on their way to the other hungry customers. Nice choice for fresh food!“
“Very cute place with amazing food. Had a smoked salmon sandwich with a matcha latte. The best matcha latte I have ever had. The place has a Parisian vibe with French music. We loved everything about it. Wish they have a location in San Diego. Highly recommend.“
