Great workers and be mindful they have new employees. If you are impatient and just a person who complains about everything, go somewhere else. We been going here for a long time. If there is an issue, they always fix it.
My morning go to for a quick laugh and coffee. The staff is pretty cool. Once they know you your order is pretty much quick in and out. I'm never disappointed. Somebody is always sharing a quick laugh.
This location never has donuts. At least not the ones people regularly order. The employees are typically nice but someone is slacking on making back up donuts. I think inventory needs to be taken on which donuts are more popular. When you go inside you can expect to wait longer than in the drive through but at least you can correct your order if its wrong or see what kind of donuts they have.

I ordered a half dozen donuts yesterday morning and I paid for the custom box so it was 10$ for 6. I ordered two Boston cream, 2 blueberry and 2 glazed. What I received was my order with a note tape on it that they were out of the Boston cream and blueberry and the contents were plain bread donuts. I guess cake ones idk but the photos I added were from today just now with ALL THE DONUTS uneaten. No one wanted any of them. They look like they are a day or two old to btw. No courtesy call or just straight up refund someone decided in lieu of the specialty delicatessen donuts I chose I would prefer dried up plain cake dough. Do better; I ordered on the app it would have been easy to take a moment to call me and ask??!! I want all my money back! Shameful also I have called 3-4 times yesterday when I received it and twice this morning. No answer

Friendly service and the food is usually spot on. Today, I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese on a plain bagel and received a cold & hard croissant. So not cool. Croissants are disgusting. Unable to drive all the way back and unable to eat now. Even tipped some cash.

We've been going to this Dunkin since moving to Jacksonville in 2019 and frequent it almost every week. After all this time I'm just tired of how bad it's always been.4 out of 5 times the food order is wrong or unacceptable. Food is cold, sometimes frozen. Items will be often missing. Worst of all we order ahead with time and they still mess this up. This place rotates staff almost monthly too. Haven't seen the same employees very often. Previously, I've made comments and complaints to corporate and spoken with the franchise owner but response is always so empty and unresponsive, it makes sense why nothing changes. It's the only Dunkin in the area; we love Dunkin and keep going because the brand as a whole is what we love but, this location is just the worst. The absolute worst.
Most locations do my order the way I want it. (However the one on University and Richard roads refuses. As well as the one on Phillips and JTB) I won't be back to those locations.

This review is for all Dunkin Donuts.The DD chain has gone way downhill. The state of many of its restaurants has seen much better days. Most of them look outdated, sad and rundown - some almost post-Apocalyptic - a representation of what this country is sadly becoming - a waning superpower.Hey DD, if you want to attract more business, make your restaurants attractive. Invest in your employees. It's time to freshen up. You invested millions on Ben Affleck and JLO in the hopes of rejuvenating your brand. It's not working.

I ordered a half dozen assorted donuts from the drive thru. The service was quick and got out of there in less than 10 minutes with a few cars ahead of me. I didn't specify which donuts I wanted, but it was a good selection, especially since I like jelly filled and my kiddo likes sprinkled. It's hard to snap a pic before getting them home.

This is the second time I’ve ordered the sweet peppered bacon egg and cheese sandwich where they completely forgot the egg, I’ve ordered this sandwich maybe 5 times and there’s always something wrong with it, how do you forget the egg though, TWICE now. Kinda ridiculous.

I wanted to ensure I shared what amazing service Becky the assistant manager at this location gave me. I tried to place an evening online order for 2 dozen donuts but because it was late, many of the donuts I tried to order for our elementary school class had sold out. Becky worked with me over the phone and went out of her way to ensure I was able to pick up the class favorites first thing in the morning for the last day of school and International Donut Day. She took the time to apologize and explain the process at the location and wanted to ensure we were happy with our order. Thank you for service with empathy and enthusiasm- you have a great leader on your hands and we are going to have very excited little 3rd graders this morning!
