This is by far the best ramen in Jacksonville…. They also have AMAZING chicken and unbelievable fried homemade mac and cheese. It’s like a soul food ramen fusion! I only wish there was more seating in the restaurant…All in all I will forever come in and grab a bowl and enjoy
My "go-to" place for fried chicken! Seasoning is on-point, super crispy and cooked perfectly. I personally don't care for the ramen, seems underdeveloped to me. But everything else I've had is excellent!

Newer to Jacksonville area. Hangar Bay Cafe was highly recommended by a coworker of mine who is a Navy veteran. I am also a Navy veteran and was happy to hear that the owner was as well. We ordered take out. Hangar Bay did not disappoint. We tried the chicken, macaroni and cheese, and Japanese Raman. Everything was amazing. I especially loved the macaroni and cheese.
