“Ambiance is chill and not a bright setting. But not too dark either. Id say the crowd is over 35 for sure. But food is delicious. The bar always has a great bartender. Taller gentleman. Sometimes a small one man band will be playing live music. Good place for a first date you wont have to yell over a crowd. Its at the far end of the center. Heading North - its before the 7-11“

“My wife and I were visiting from Ohio and we stumbled across this restaurant. Boy am I glad we did. The bourbon braised short rib was so flavorful and the sweet potato mash with the Brussels sprouts complemented it so well. My wife got the coffee crusted steak, and that was phenomenal as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable but exquisite southern cuisine!“

“Not my favorite burger with it was pretty good. I tried the new yes chef burger and added mushrooms and jalapeños. It just wasn't as juicy as I'm used to with smash burgers. I also tried the chili plus cheese fries and they were okay. It seemed a bit light on the chili and cheese. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. It's located in a nice little center with a bunch of shops and other restaurants.Update: I went back and tried the grilled chicken sandwich protein style. It was good but it was pretty small for a $10 sandwich.“

“The first time we went to Drift we ended up walking out before eating. It was Christmas and they had a price fixe menu that was absurdly expensive. But last night we ate there and it was excellent. “Christmas Eve dinner with my family. This was the best food any of us have ever eaten in our entire lives, the Korean Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps were incredible. The pork belly melted in your mouth. The prime rib was like butter“

“Stopped by for a business lunch. Since we were meeting here we were all in separate vehicles. There is no parking so only valet which was inconvenient but since the first arrival had already checked his truck we opted to do the same. First negative. Pickups don't work well in those situation. We were great at the door by a friendly hostess and seated immediately which is a positive. We asked for patio but were seated inside with a window view so a neutral. Our waitress was a lot of fun and did an excellent job. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I opted for the salad with grilled shrimp and the house dressing. Someone forgot to season the shrimp as they were bland. The vinaigrette was also not very flavorful which was disappointing. The tea was good. There was another salad and a fish of the day also at the table. Food was ok but just ok and for the parking hassle and the price I would have expected much better. The waitress gets the stars and not the food. Too many good choices to eat in this area to settle for ok at this price point and the parking hassle.“

“Sunny South Florida spring is all about enjoying the outdoors and sharing a good meal with family and friends. Driftwood was the perfect place to do both. They have a nice beer, cocktail, and wine selection. One of my dinner companions chose the Copperpoint Bees Squeeze - a light beer, perfect for the warm breezy evening. To start, I really wanted to try the fried chicken oysters while others wanted to try to the beef empanada, so why not both? The chicken was moist, perfectly fried, and the mac & cheese spaetzle was out of this world, especially with the tang of the few pickle slices on the plate. The beef empanada really hit the spot - it was a great combination of the fried dough, succulent meat, and pickled onions. We had to order two, because one is too little to share between three people. In no time, our main entrees arrived by really knowledgeable and friendly staff. We couldn't keep our forks out of the others' dishes, because all were so different and delicious. The rigatoni had just the right amount of bite and every crevice of the pasta was covered in a delicious bolognese sauce and sharp cheese. The chicken and dumplings brought me back to growing up in Tennessee (except this dish was better!). You know how you get a plate of chicken and dumplings and there's never enough dumplings? Not this time. The dumplings were plenty, the chicken was moist and tender, the sauce was seasoned just right, and the celery and parsley leaves gave it a really bright flavor. And finally, the shrimp and grits was hearty with large shrimp well-cooked, smothered in a slightly spicy sauce. I could eat that plate for breakfast lunch and dinner... every day. We were all very happy with all aspects of our meal, and look forward to trying the dishes that we gawked at all night at other people's tables!“

“Been coming to this place quite a bit over the years. I always get the burgers so can't comment on the rest of the menu, but you really can't go wrong with any of them. The only complaint is sometimes they're so big they're hard to eat. Cute little place with a nice pub-like atmosphere and a good outdoor seating area as well.“

“The band (Rock Bottom Band) on Saturday night, March 23rd was awsome, one of the best we've heard there. Great choice of songs, sing-along, dance, fantastic solos by seasoned musicians. Fun night, all the way until 1 AM!Just these coed bathrooms....only two for the packed place and you can imagine how they look after 200 people roll through them. Plus long wait lines, so you better be prepared and plan ahead....“

Just good service, good food and done right. It is the little things that set this apart. For example the salt and pepper shakers are little pineapples. The butter pats have the hotel's name on them, the bills come in the sea-grape-print-paper used everywhere. Mornings before breakfast? Find coffee at the bar, sit outside under a banyan tree and relax with a vairety of newspapers. It's hard to leave here!“

My friends and I have stopped coming on those days because she hasn’t been there on those days. Where is Everley on Wednesday’s and thursdays we miss her. The waiter didn’t pay attention to anything we really ordered, such as our loaded potato skins that never came out due to her forgetting to put the order in. Our food took 40 minutes to come out just for it to be cold. Love Texas Roadhouse but it just wasn’t good this time around. We noticed that when coming here you have a 50/50 shot at the food being excellent or terrible.“
