Dunkin' Slownuts.Nothing wrong with the food quality at all. Just a complete basic lack of management and procedure. Waited 15 minutes between receiving my food and hot drink, after waiting 15 minutes to order the food. Other customers who came after me received their hot drinks first.Feels like the work environment is chaos for the staff.

I have come here multiple times over the past 2 weeks to think maybe they were having a bad day or something. However something is always wrong. An if I'm paying for whipped cream I should get a decent amount an not something my 1 year old wouldn't be satisfied with. Please check your drive thru system or upgrade your employees. The dunkin Walmart is where to go.

This place has its good days and bad days. The mornings seem to be the best times since they have more workers and a full menu. Evenings are hit or miss but lately this location has been getting way better than it has the past few years.Parking: Limited parking really but I don't know any dunkins around here that aren't limited. But they have handicapped parking also and a lot next door

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Ordered on the app through the drive thru at 2pm (not even their busy time). Very rude staff. We were pointed past the window, and sat for over 20min waiting for a simple sandwich and coffee. Finally went inside, and it took another 10min to get the order. Absolutely ridiculous. When I finally got the sandwich, the bagel was rubbery & did not taste right (I have gotten the same sandwich at other Dunkin’s many times before)
We've been here a few random times here and there the past few years and every time was a disappointment. Understaffed, inept customer service, people waiting, always out of something..My wife just left before being served because (once again) they were out of most choices. She drove to the newer Dunkin' in the Walmart down the street and didn't have any issues there. I suggest you try this Dunkin' instead if you want donuts.
