I was not impressed that it was noon and it looks like they were deep cleaning one of their storage cabinets. Boxes and items were all over a table in the dining area at noon.

I hope the upper management looks at the reviews. You should hire people that want to work and care about their customers and not play around like they couldn’t care less what we want. This is the second time in 2 weeks that my husband and I came here and they mixed my sandwich up with my husbands and this time they just added everything on the sandwich’s without looking at what we ordered. Then as my husband walks away they start laughing and talking. Grow up!

Food was great, good quality meats, produce and bread. Atmosphere was okay, not quite as pleasant as the average Firehouse Subs.Service? Really discombobulated. Register attendant told my wife (on phone) that she couldn't take a call order in as the counter was full. I had arrived early for pickup and there was no line.I waited at a table, calling the wife for a status check. She couldn't pick up as the lady was saying the wait line was backed up. I went ahead and ordered in person. Interesting back and forth on the other side of the counter, but food was prepared quickly and courteously.

Ordered with Uber Eats and store said they never received it. Called the store and the person that answered was rude and not accommodating at all. Extremely disappointing to say the least. Firehouse you can do better.
