This is my favorite lunch spot. I usually have lunch here 2-3 times a week. Lilly is always helpful and help us as she work early. The food is always delicious and the help is stellar. Keep up the good work.

Food is amazing but service sucks the hostess people act like they have no idea what’s going on as well as don’t know what comes in their own combos! Wanted to have a mommy daughter date with my little girl but that was ruined called ahead and was told they wasn’t busy only to drive all the way from lakeland to a slammed pack place !!

Purchased lunch order today 3/16/24 chicken Hibachi with rice and vegetables and the chicken was hard the vegetables were soft like it was sitting for awhile underneath a heat lamp. That’ll be my last visit.

My husband walked in a bit ago to pick up an Uber eats order and he had to use the bathroom. He asked a worker if the bathroom was open and he said yes so he walked to the bathroom. When he went to open the bathroom a female worker was in the bathroom cleaning and she was like can you close the door and wait a minute so he closed the door. Once she came out of the bathroom she said to him "oh you should really learn how to knock first" If the bathrooms are being cleaned then the door should be left OPEN or there should be some kind of sign to state that a worker is cleaning the bathroom. The attitude that the worker gave my husband was unacceptable. She could have been more polite. There was no need to give an attitude.

Idk what is going on but the quality has gone down so bad. Shrimp were super overcooked and rubbery not to mention, a piece of steak was in my shrimp. Take the drive, Cypress location is much much better!
My wife tried the lunch special of shrimp and the chicken. Each meal comes a large portion of rice that was unflavorable. Mixed vegetables containing mainly broccoli tasted ok. The main part of the meal was shrimp and chicken which was very chewy. All lunch meals only flavor is teriyaki sauce. It was just ok would not go back, much better places exist.
