This place has to be under new management cause the food I just received was horrible I fear the worst I have been a loyal customer for years this is the only location left near me I guess I gotta let it go greasy small fried hard fish and chicken 30.00 bucks worth not to mention this was after I returned the first two meals Hate to see this place go down without a fight please Do Better. Worst experience I’ve ever had, my husband and I placed our first time order online. It said the time it would be ready and to skip the line and pick up your food. No one was in line, so we went straight up to the window. A lady opened the window and said yes. My husband said we had an online order and it was supposed to be ready. She said we were supposed to come inside to pick it up. My husband said ok we didn’t know, we can come in. Then she said we can do it this one time. Then she must have snapped. She slammed the window and started yelling… said there was an online order at the window, and that we were pathetic and too lazy to get out of our car. I blew my horn to get her attention. She opened the window and I asked her why she would even say that about us. I told her we heard every word she said. I told her she didn’t know us and if she wanted us to come in we would have and she had no rights to talk about us or anyone that didn’t know their process. I asked to speak with her manager, another lady came to the window and I said she has no rights to talk about us like that and it was out of line. The lady said she would talk to her. I asked her for the ladies name twice, but wouldn’t give it. She told me she would get my food and closed the window. A man came to the window with our food and I asked him for the ladies name and he was the only one that provided it to me. That was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with. They have lost my business, I can’t go back to a place where people are treated with such hatred. People don’t treat people like that. I would never tolerate anyone like that to work for me treating customers like that. Very sad situation, ruined my night.

We took our meal home.Everything was freshly made.It was good !!! We had different types of Cheeseburgers.They make Root beer right there it's fresh.Papa Burger for me.Parking: Right next to it.Inside a strip mall parking lot.Never had a problem getting a parking spot close to it
I walked in and no one greeted me. I stood and waited a few minutes and no one came to take my order. I saw a food prep area that was full of crumbs and noticed the entire restaurant was dirty. Two workers were sitting outside smoking cigarettes. I walked out and went to eat at firehouse. I will not eat there ever.
