1st, the good, delivery lady was sweet and fast! The Food: taste was average, just normal pizza hut pizza. The very bad - it was wrong/incomplete AGAIN. We decided to give them a chance after over a year of not ordering because it was wrong, or late, or cold last several times we ordered. So we ordered the hot honey pepperoni. It came, without the hot honey. The ONLY reason we ordered this time was to try the hot honey pizza. And we didn't get what we ordered. It was just a pepperoni pizza. We are done. No more magnolia ave pizza for us.

I went to the NEW PIZZA HUT in AUBURNDALE BY THE NEW PUBLIX MY PIZZA MELT WAS BURNT VERY BURNT and the store Manager TIM TOM whatever his name is was VERY RUDE didn't want to give me my money or remake the pizza he should not be a manager also he was sobbing and touching my melt while talking to me how gross YUCK so I threw my burnt melt away pls check managers back ground and also got my money back through my bank get better management immediately his tone and experience was HORRIBLE

My order was 45 minutes past the 25 minute delivery time in my Calculation thats 1 hour and 10 minutes from the time my pizza came out of the oven to my house and the sad thing is i live 2.1 miles from this pizza hut all my food was ice cold and hard this will be the last time I order or eat at pizza hut again very

Ordered two large pizza”s at 5:06 pm called back at 6:16 pm asked where my order was they said it would be leaving there store in 6 minutes it’s a 11 minute drive from my place to there’s at 7 :14 after several times calling finally someone pick up the phone she said she was a manger from another store and was helping them out and my Oder was still sitting there she said they were going to remake it, so it would be fresh and get it right to me. Told her I no longer wanted it to refund my money. She said 5 to 7 business days before I got my money back. The manager that stepped in to help these people out was a joke, rude

I love Pizza Hut but last night such a disappointment get there a few minutes after 7:30 because that the time the email says my pizza was ready they made me wait for 20 minutes after they handed it to me and that all I order online it's wasn't that hot and they got a mess arguing between each
