The perfect restaurant in a great location! Many beer choices and televisions, Great covered outdoor area. A menu that provides a wide variety for all. Monica our server was exceptionally pleasant and friendly! Thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience!

Over the past 2 years every visit has become more and more disappointing. The last visit this week was so horrendous that I am required to leave this review so no more families waste their money at this establishment! On a slow Thursday evening my wife and I sat down as a table of 2. We ordered waters, 1 beer, and 1 coke followed by a starter of nachos, 1 salad, and 1 pizza. First, the beer came out 10 minutes after all the other drinks arrived and was dreadfully flat. We recieved the pizza first before the nacho appetizer, it came out in record time at just over 90 minutes! 10 minutes later the nachos and salad were served; the nacho cheese was stone cold and the salad was missing the sourdough crutons, 1 of its only 4 ingredients. Before the food arrived there was no communication of the appetizer delay or any wait time; we couldn't even find our waitress anywhere and she didn't introduce herself. After the food was served no waitress or server ever checked in on us. After waiting for 30 minutes for any waitress (They were literally all in the back) we asked for the check and left. This establishment has consistently poor service and low-quality food with comparatively high prices! It is embarrasing and ridiculous that Ave Maria can't get a decent, I'm not even asking for good, pub in such an affluent neighborhood; the demand is here. I hope the pub improves or is replaced but until then please no more families waste their hard-earned money here!

Because I can't give 0 I give 1.The attention is the worst of the places. And here I explain.We ordered fried chicken and an order of potatoes, the potatoes never arrived, we went to order them and this was the waiter's response: whoever comes to ask for them again will not get them to you any faster. Horror of attention from all the staff. The lousy salad was old cabbage. Please don't waste your money here.From the beginning the waiter had a bad attitude. They should train their customer service staff.Clarify that in the end we left without eating because the client does not have to put up with the server's bad attitude.

If you want to order for a pick up, nobody will pick up the line. Instead they will send you to order online, but the online store won’t take your order either.I wish I could rate this restaurant but couldn’t order their food. I guess this is what happens when they are the only game in town.

We went to the Pub the other day and were very underwhelmed. The food came out very late and was over cooked. I ordered a medium burger and it came out with severely wilted lettuce and it was a hockey puck! Now my husband on the other hand got the coconut shrimp (it came out 10 mins before my burger) and it was almost black. We typically don't like complaining about food to servers especially when they're extremely busy and visibly stressed so we thought we'd give the food a try and it was NOT good. We ended up paying and moving on but our experience was not very good at all. If we do come back hopefully they staff the restaurant a little better so we can actually feel attended to.

It was my first time living in Ave María, but I couldn't taste the food, I ordered a Margarita and it was horrible, but there was no presentation, they served it in a plastic cup, and even with garbage inside that I returned it and the worst thing was a waiter with terrible hair. long that perhaps the rest would have gone unnoticed but with a bad attitude you can't, I canceled the entire order I had placed and we got out of there

Outstanding little restaurant and definitely try the fish and chips or the burgers. Very good food here and good service with clean bathrooms. I like the outdoor venue whenever possible. Check it out. Blessings JMAC ????
Good food and atmosphere, but the SERVICE is absolutely terrible, most likely understaffed or mismanaged. Over an hour wait every time we’ve dined-in, except the one time we ordered pizza before the dinner rush.Tried ordering pizza several times for takeout…online ordering was down/not available and no one answered the phone to take our order around 3PM.We like spending our restaurant dollars locally in Ave Maria, but the lack of service drove us to enjoy many other excellent restaurants in the Naples area.
