“First time here so we ordered a little bit of everything . HANDS DOWN BEST GRITS I’ve ever had . Waffle hot and sweet and fluffy. Eggs were cooked perfect. Sausage a little too spicy (but would’ve been great later with peppers and onions on a hoagie roll!) and the potatoes - lord the potatoes! Perfect little off the beaten path spot. Did I mention the grits ???? Perfection !“

“Went to this place today after having searched for a Diner near my hotel two days ago. It was a bit of a walk but sooooo worth it! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, loved how it was decorated and the overhead train was the cutest thing ever! The service was so great my kids and I were not expecting our food to be ready so soon. It caught us by surprise since we usually have to wait quite a while whenever we go to a diner. The waiter was a nice lady, the food was decently priced and best of all, it was tasty! I have only one day left in Fort Lauderdale and I am already lamenting the fact that I won’t have time to come to this place again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“First, should give the employees here credit for trying to get everyone seated as quick as possible during brunch rush. It’s not easy anywhere but they tried to do their best even though they seemed flustered I think everyone sat down pretty quickly. As for the food tried the truffle and mushroom scramble and the salmon omelette and both were excellent. I’ll judge a salmon quality as the cornerstone of all the ingredients and it was very good. “We arrived at 11AM on a Sunday without a reservation so of course we expected brunch rush. They told us the wait time would be 30 minutes and texted us that our table was ready after 20 minutes, so not a long wait. We were sat and attended to very quickly.Food came out quickly as well and was filling and tasty. I had the french toast and my husband had the breakfast tacos. It was great and cheap!Our server Christian was great, thank you!“

“Compared to last year, the food was not as good. The breakfast burrito was tasteless. The buffet was very good, but they ran out of plates and bowls and were slow to replace them. The table service is very friendly and efficient. Prices are what you would expect at a resort restaurant. Parking is very expensive, $32 for the first 3 hours, promised a voucher but the process did not work. We have no plans to return next year.“

“Second time eating from this First Watch this week lol. I loved the holey donuts during my last visit, so I got them again today. I was hoping they'd still be hot because I live ~7mins away from the location, but they sadly weren't. Even still, they were pretty good especially with the fruity sauce (raspberry?). I'd never tried the superfoods bowl before, so decided to true it and this chia was really good! I didn't realize the bread was whole grain (I would've preferred plain), so I didn't try it. Really good and filling meal“

It was my family's first visit amd we felt like we've been going there for years. All the employees were courteous and kept checking to see if we were OK and if our drinks were filled. The food was amazing.“
