The pickup window is absolute hell. Waited there for like 2hrs. Some guys there waited for 3hrs. The chick at the window was cute (mid cute) but her customer service skills need attention. I'm like 100% sure 3 blind mice work the kitchen. I heard the manager tell some people to go elsewhere. I guess they don't need the business. That's what happens when demand is high and they don't know how to run things. I'm not even mad but let's do better guys.

It used to be a nice place but last time I went we had a horrible experience. It was super noisy! They also miss out my order and instead of giving a solution the manager told us “sorry the restaurant is too busy” and charged me automatically 20% for the tips and “extras” 77$ for a tiny soup and 2 little plate snacks that looked like fast food. The situation made my elder parent with dementia get anxious since he ate in front of me and I didn’t ate because they never bring me my plate. Came back home hungry and annoyed and couldn’t understand the hype about this place.
