“I would definitely eat there again! We needed something quick and not too expensive and stopped in for some pizzas. Great outdoor seating, super-friendly staff, and yummy food. Couldn't see the ocean because it was dark, but we were able to walk over to the beach for a few minutes while we waited for our food. Also, the bathroom was amazingly clean, which I would not have expected from a place so close to the beach.“
“Just had breakfast there today and it was a great experience. The owner (Raul) greeted us at the door and welcomed us to the diner. He also followed up with us after our meal. Wendy waited our table, not only did she provide great service, she was an excellent communicator. The breakfast was cooked in a reasonable time for a Sunday morning, was delicious and priced fairly. 5 out of 5 recommend you try La Loma for breakfast some time.“
“They have the absolute BEST gnocchi! It's homemade and the sauce is amazing! I ordered the gnocchi with a side of 3 meatballs and put them together. Muy Bueno! The picture I'm posting isn't the prettiest because I've already mixed the meatballs in and dove into it, but it's delicious and if you want AUTHENTIC Italian food, please order from here!“
“Bacco Wine Cafe- Melbourne- 5 Stars When a restaurant has been in business for 18 years, I know one of two things. It's either the only restaurant in town, or it's the best. I am here to say that Bacco Wine Cafe in Melbourne is the latter of the two. The place is run by a husband and wife team, the husband, Loris, takes care of the front while his wife, Rafaella, runs the kitchen. As the place is reservation only, we were very fortunate and grateful that Loris gave us a table. He said we arrived early enough so it wouldn't be a problem. As my eyes began to devour the choices on the menu handed to us by Loris, I thought this was sure to be an amazing meal. However, our server, Jennifer had me briefly second guessing that assumption as she came across as a zombie. Or your typical 25-year-old. She was adequate enough as she got our order right but, really seemed to just go through the motions. I ordered a three-course meal consisting of Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese, the Veal Chop Alla Marsala and for dessert, I went with the Pere Cotte Al Vino Rosso. Jennifer was soon doing the zombie shuffle towards our table with a tray of culinary science concocted in the laboratory of Chef Rafaella, Ph.D. in foodology. As our gastronomical treasure was set before us, my sense of smell became overwhelmed with scrumptiousness. The odors spirling up from the plated art in wisps of steam would make a dead man salivate (which I found exceedingly ironic given the mortal condition of our server). My comestible journey began with the order of Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese. Sadly, this recipe has been hacked the world over. It has been reduced to "common" food status when in reality it was the dish of nobility as traditionally it consisted of beef and fresh cream, items not easily obtainable by the commoners. Chef Rafaella reminds everybody of the true origins of this dish by elevating it once again to noble standards. She starts by making her own pasta and finishes with the freshest cuts of prime meat around and tops it all off with a homemade Bolognese sauce that recalled to mind one of the nicknames of the city it hails from, "la grassa" or "the fat" in reference to the city's culinary mastery. After literally licking the plate clean (thatsa some sauce!), I directed my appetite towards the Veal Chop Alla Marsala. As my loyal followers know, this is my "barometer" for measuring a good Italian eatery. The Veal was obviously USDA Prime as it was so tender it practically melted on the palate. The mushrooms were fresh cut (YAY!) and Chef Rafaella really took it to the next level by using shaved garlic in her sauce. Served with riced garlic mashed potatoes and bedded atop a bevy of market fresh veggies this was truly a dish from a chef at the top of her game. However, Rafaella's chef-d'oeuvre this evening was her take on the classic Pere Cotte Al Vino Russo. What can I say about this delicious masterpiece of dessert? Was it perfect? Was it divine? Everything falls short. The pear was cooked unerringly to perfection and the red wine reduction sauce was out of this world. A dollop of fresh cream was the exclamation point to a fabulous meal. The Big Boy says, "What are you doing still reading this? Call Bacco and make a reservation. Now. Boun Appetito!!" #bigboydiningout #iamthebigboy“

“My wife and I were in town for our anniversary and decided to stop in for dinner. We were glad we did. Aloha was our waitress and made great recommendations as well as being professional and attentive. The Rissotto with Blackened Shrimp was delicious as well as the Chicken Parm. Absolutely a must stop when you're in town.Thank you, Branos Team. Compliments to the kitchen staff as well.“
“I was Born and raised for 23years on LONG ISLAND NY so a bit of a unofficial pizza/ bagel judge and pizza company has the most amazing Italian sub I have had in my life I’m always telling people to try it and is a lunch favorite at our workshop. I think we have had the Italian sub at least 30times or so. And it’s perfect every time!!!“
“I had the pizza was great. Can back to try my favorite Italian meal. Eggplant Parmigiana. It was soggy. The breading didn’t stand up against the sauce. Usually I would go somewhere else but I have to come to Cocoa Beach . So I return to Rockledge.“
“My wife and I grew up in New York city we live in Haines city Florida. To be honest, this pizza is incredibly good and close to authentic New York pizza ? the cheese, sauce, and crust was very good and must do if ever in the Melbourne Florida area. Thank you.“
“This place is awesome… ? Don’t let the outside fool you… The food and service is top notch. Once you sit down you feel like you could be in a small cafe in Italy ?? and the food definitely tastes like you are there. I have been in Cocoa Beach for almost 9 years, snd this Italian tavern is the best food in this whole area. I don’t take any picture's because I don’t take my phone when I sit down to dinner. This place is a true diamond in the rough. You will not be disappointed, also you need to make a reservation on the weekends.“
“Haven't eaten here in a while but when I did the food and service was good. Just applied here recently and the hostess who greeted me was very sweet and the manager was very friendly and seems like he would make a good leader of a professional restaurant staff.“
“Walked in to pick up an order. The pizza was way better than I anticipated. The staff is friendly and the place is clean, well lit, and calm. It was lunch hours so it wasn't too busy. They have reasonably priced specials too. Check it out for some Brooklyn inspired slices!Vegetarian options: The salad is qualityDietary restrictions: The lunch special was balanced enough to actually be lunch and dinner.“
“Found this restaurant on way back from Dr. office, decided to take a chance. Food was very good, ordered eggplant parm., spaghetti dish, both were very good, we liked the sauce. Hubby is picky about his eggplant and said it was very close to his favorite. Food came with salad and some nice homemade garlic bread that was tasty. The staff was very kind, saw me coming with hubby in wheelchair, opened doors both in and out as well as sat us at table where it was easy to access. House wine was good as well, will go back when we are in the area.“
“I hadn't ever heard of Slices. I ordered on a whim from Uber Eats. Omg! Absolutely delicious! I grew up in NJ, surrounded by Italian Moms and Nonas. I know good when I taste it! And it doesn't even matter that I haven't been to the grocery store because this is enough food for a week!!! Thanks so much, Slices. This dinner tastes just like home.“
“I grew up by the mall in the 90s. Always loved sbarros. Now I work nearby and stop by often for lunch. Still just as delicious as I remember.. very much a nostalgic comfort food for me. John is always in a good mood, it's nearly infectious, and his good vibes pour into the tasty pies.“
“Nice quiet place for dinner. Hard to find a place where you can go with a small group and actually hear each other. Great food. Love the calzones and Long Island Ice Tea.Parking: There are other businesses in this plaza so if you go before 5 PM, it is difficult sometimes to find parking but if you head there close to five, everybody is leaving and you should be able to get in fairly easy.“
“We just got to our Coco beach hotel, we were tired and hungry and on the verge of hangry. We saw the Pizza bar thinking it was buffet and that would be quick and easy and we could get back to our hotel. To our pleasant surprise, it was not buffet but instead they had gourmet pizza pies! And other stuff. We got the prosciutto pizza and meatball saled. The meatball saled was like velvet and the pizza was amazing!! We finished it off at the hotel later on.If I'm back in this neck of the woods, I will be returning!“
“Eddie on the late night shift, is the best pizza maker in a 30 mile radius. He will cook you a za that you and your buddies will munch in silence. couple laughs, couple beers, you and the fellas are in for a ride when Eddie is on deck. Have a night, have bizzaro’s. You only live once!“
“I like Sbarros already. Went to the one inside Cumberlands on Viera Blvd today. Young man was very nice and I swear it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had from a Sbarros. I’ll be a repeat and repeat customer from this location. It was that good. And it was nice to have a friendly staff member. Keep him Mr Owner.“
“The pizza here is simply incredible! Great quality ingredients with a nice blend of seasonings. There is typically one server, who is so kind and attentive. The owner is also very nice. This place has been around for a long time and never disappoints!“
“Our food was delicious and our service was wonderful! Our kids loved their pizza and thought it was so fun that they got to make pizza dough artwork and have it baked! Our server, Patricia, was great. We also thought prices were great for the amount of food we received. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and will definitely come back again when we are in the area!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly atmosphere, especially with baking the pizza dough creations! The kids loved that part!“
