There was four of us and excited to try .Food was awful. Will not go back. I had the spaghetti seemed like it was just tomato paste added to the top with a meat ball. Husband did not eat but a couple bites of his dinner and said it was terrible. Sad .60 bucks wasted .

The food was excellent as was the service. However, the prices are super high and I did not like being forced to pay a flat 20% "Service Charge" or gratuity on my bill. I view the gratuity as a reward for good service. This place took that option away from me. I'll never go there again.UPDATE to the "Response from the owner"No sir, I vote with my dollars and like I said, I won't be going back to your establishment because of the service charge. I view it as a sneaky way to just raise prices.

Told them to take it off and the manager came over with attitude. She says I will take it off this time. I said I won't be back next time. Pizza Gallery used to be so good. It's going downhill really fast. Save your $$$$$ and go somewhere else in viera. There any many restaurants to choose from AVOID this place.

The food and service was great. Food menu and drink menus is expansive. My only complaint is the added 20% service charge added to EVERY bill without being told that upfront. 4% of that goes to the business. Why am I paying a service charge after I just paid for food and drinks?

20% "service charge" mandatory on all bills, of which, the waitress only gets 16%. Piss poor of the owner to either be robbing his employees or his customers of that 4%. The tip I left was way less than normal because of that 20% charge. Will never go back as all customers are being duped. MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU HAND YOUR CARD OVER!!!
