the obese african american woman ignored me twice when i was trying to order. the shift leader, back or house guy and obese girl (we can call her Precious) all ignored me, probably because im white. so now my family member is eating and i am not because of these racist staff members. i will NEVER EVER EVER spend another cent with arbys, i dont care if i was starving. id rather die than contribute to this business that condones racism.

Hope someone from corporate reads this, this restaurants drive thru time is killer because they pull 3 and 4 people to the front of the building at a time. Place is slow as hell no one comes here it should be easy to keep up with the 5 customers an hour

The vanilla milkshake tasted and seemed like they had just put soft serve ice cream in a cup with cream on top and gave it to me which wasn't horrible but it's not a milkshake. The chocolate milkshake what's good The food was good. Am I personal opinion everyone should get the recipe for cheddar and dip it put Arby's sauce on the sandwich and then dip said sandwich into the bronco Berry sauce which most people don't even know exist. Was not pleased with this Arby's location it didn't hold up to what the expected quality I would normally get from Arby's the roast beef was mediocre warm almost cold the curly fries were all the way cold the roast beef flavor was what I expected but it was cold and I expected it to be hot I was traveling through the area on my way to visit a friend next time I visit I will probably have to think twice about stopping by and I am a huge Arby's fan maybe just a bad day but hopefully you will have better luck than I did
I placed an order in te drive through, and the employee gave me the wrong drink. When I brought it to her attention, she got upset and changed it. After waiting for a few minutes, the same employee told me to drive around and wait in the parking lot because they're waiting on "fresh fries." After waiting in the parking lot for quite some time, another employee walked out and gave me the food I ordered, and the fries were cold and didn't seem fresh at all.I understand the ploy to move cars from the drive-through to give the illusion of "fast service". However, it would be less annoying if they were more straightforward about it.
