Hey guys for those in the Bartow area, be cautious when ordering from Bedrock wings. Chicken was under cooked and when asking for refund they wanted to argue and and only gave a partial refund... horrible customer service. No apologies or anything.

Excellent daily specials. Lots of sauce options for for chicken wings.Menu had clear description of each item offered. The beverage selection was limited, as some flavors were out due to supplier not restaurant issue. Great value overall.

Went in and ordered the wing basket. After waiting almost half an hour the order finally came. The wings were very greasy and the fries tasteless. I did not finish the basket. The service is bad, the food is bad, and the prices are high. My stomach complained about the wings until I poured Pepto into it. I do not know about the other Bedrock places for food, but after this, I am in no hurry to find out. Give this place a pass.

My little town has a few restaurants all locally own. When I attended Bartow SFY these little ladies were raving about the burgers. This time around we were going to Friday festival on Main Street and decide to give this place a try. This place is large and offer tons of variety. From chicken quesadillas, fish taco, & burgers. I was in the mood for a burger. The burger was a good sizes and it was made to my liking. It honestly felt like I having a backyard burger. It was good and it didn't disappoint. The staff were nice and it there seem to be so many locals coming with their family. They have a few table outside if your in the mood to eat outside.

Burger was made well done when I asked for medium. They messed up when they made it the fries have no flavor not even salt. My wife's wings were a great portion for her chicken but it tasted weird. Was very excited to go here so highly rated this made me a little sad.
