For the price, the boneless wings were very disappointing. They were hard as a rock drowned in sauce and smaller than nuggets from chic-fi-la. By the time my server brought a knife to cut them, which she said took so long because they didn't have any, my food was cold. If we didn't love playing bingo here on Mondays, we probably would never come.

I want to start by saying that we have been here a few times but the last 2 time everytime we have ordered food they have brought it us cold. Today jan 5th we came and my wife ordered fish and ship and the fries were cold I asked to replace them for fresh one and the replacement fries werent too hot either. I ordered the new staek loaded nachos and it wasnt made fresh the nachos and staeks were cold the waiter took it back to have it made fresh but return with the meat cold the nacho were warm. So i asked to have that change and got the omg burger with onion rings, the burger was hot but the onion ring were not hot either. All of this time no manager or anyone in charge not once came to our table and ask us about the service we were receiving. We will definitely not be back here anymore. My suggestion to anyone that want to visit this place make sure to tell the waiter or waitress to make sure the food is made fresh.

I came to Beef’s on Friday night. My server Gracie B was on point, however another male server was dropping the f bomb around the restaurant. This really took away from my dining experience.

Stopped in this location in Bartow for dinner. Order the chopped steak, mashed potatoes, extra gravy, broccoli. The plate was served to me literally with two bites of potatoes and two bites of broccoli and about a tablespoon of gravy. See photo , the fork on the plate gives an idea how small the portions are in comparison to the fork. I politely brought it to the servers attention and she was rude. Not sure what she told the bartender but she came to the table and very rudely explained that they weigh all food for portion control. I'll be supporting another local restaurant/business with my dining needs in the future.

No exaggeration, chicken tenders are now bigger than their chicken sandwich. I used to love their chicken buffalo sandwich, but now it’s a joke, literally. It’s half the size of the other Beef O Brady’s in the area. Wish I would have taken a picture.

I will never come here again. The service was great the atmosphere was great the food was great but I ordered a single shot of Jack fire after buying $70 worth of food and they charged me about $12 for a single shot. I will never come back to this beef O'brady'

No happy hr here don’t let them fool you and I’m good with there frozen Tyson chicken that were so hard I broke a tooth on the end piece and expensive for some horrible wings and draft beers 70 bucks yeah I will never go back ,now I see why no one was there ?

Food was not good. The boom boom shrimp wasn't cooked completely and some were raw. And our waiter was high. Their menu for drinks was for show, our waiter said that they only serve half of the drinks on the menu .Me and my wife both got sick too. Was very disappointed, not going back.

I stopped in Sunday 9/17/23 because I needed to kill 2 hours and I knew Beefs would have the Bucs game on tv. The young woman who greeted me was friendly and sweet she directed me to the bar area. Honestly I've live south of Bartow for 23 years and hadn't been to Beef o Brady's in a very long time. Was it asnice as past visits? Yeah there were people enjoying; however the Bar Tender was probably the worst I've encountered. First off I was sitting at the bar waiting for her to turn around from an employee & gentleman she was engaged talking & looking at her phone. When she did finally ask what I wanted she had the enthusiasm of a sink draining. She didn't care that there was a dish of food that looked like vomit next to me that was actually hers because the employee she was engaged with finally asked her to move it. The Bar Tender was so more interested in her phone than a paying customer that if I owned that franchise I would've fired her on the spot! She could've sold me food & more beer had she just paid attention even when I stared at her she was oblivious to me the customer. Here it is football season and the only working employees were the waitresses. I almost asked the young lady that met me at the door if she could help but decided not because I wouldn't get her just the lame Bar Tender. People with such poor attitudes don't get tips from me period. Just because its customary to tip 'get your nose out of your phone' and earn your tip! Needless to say I didn't stay even though I was watching the game & would've spent much more money on food & drink. I'll never go back to Beefs again.

I came to Beef's in Bartow florida on my lunch break as I have before on numerous times. I arrived at beefs at 12:10 pmcame right in and sat down, things were going great, I had my order put in by 1215, but 1245 I had not even gotten my drink yet. The server passed by at least 4 times and still didnt get my drinkwhen my server finally brought my drink at almost 1250 I knew that I needed to leave and go back to work as I only had a 1 hour lunch break. I was not even able to drink my drink that was finally brought to me. my food had to be boxed up and I never got to eat it at work, as I work for Corrections. so my food got cold and nasty and I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR IT ....I dont think that I will be coming back here, I dont know what is up with the Morning and lunch waitresses and the bar tenders but they arent good and they removed my lunch break from my day and I WAISTED 13.00 on a meal that I dont get to eat and didnt even get a drink to take with me...I am not happy at all with this service ... I got an apology for what ? not bringing a simple drink to me or having me wait over 30 mins for a SALAD ... no thank you, total waste of money and time
