Would leave 0 if possible. Sat at the counter for 15 minutes, workers seeing us and ignoring, sweeping, taking other orders. We decided to go through the drive through, at 9:58 because we were inside for long enough and didn’t get an order taken. And they said they were closed. While the guy at the window was talking to the person in the car at the window for ages

I sat in the lobby for 10+ minutes, then they told me at 10:00 that they were closing, i just wanted icecream for my autistic son, and they decided not to serve me and my autistic son, now he is throw a tantrum and having a seizure. im very disappointed bc everytime i go in , they wont serve me. andys icecream is better.

Ryan has attended me through both drive through and dine in multiple times. He's always in such a great mood and is very polite all around!
This makes twice we came in to order food from your establishment and each time the equipment is down. This happened Friday November 10 2023 and today Sunday November 12th this is ridiculous. I definitely want to speak to the owner.

We went through the drive thru and received our order. Unfortunately I couldn't tell what flavor my Blizzard was. Upon going inside to have it remade, there were many customers waiting in line but no employees. Just left after waiting and seeing no employees. It's a lot of money for a Blizzard that has no taste. Definitely will go elsewhere next time.
