By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I called this location to order a pizza for delivery, and was apparently connected to a call center. After placing the order, I needed to make a change to the payment method (card instead of cash). I called the number back, and was transferred to a very rude manager who was combative from the beginning. She explained that I didn't have an order at that location even though I had just called their number to place my order, which I explained. After, dealing with her attitude and getting nowhere, I told her she was an idiot and hung up. I tried calling a second time to make sure there wasnt actually an order, as I had ordered for a relative who was expecting a pizza. Called the same number, and much to my surprise, received an automated message saying and order was in the system for me!I was able to reach a second manager and told them I wanted to update my order. He stated VERY strongly that I did not have an order at that location and that I had probably placed an order via the call center. And how was I supposed to know that? I asked. Not his problem apparently as he impolitely offered to give the number of the location that actually had my order, or hang up on me because I had called his other manager an idiot. I told him no need for him to hang up and hung up myself. ?♀️The fact that it takes a call center and local team to simple take/update a pizza order is unbelievable. Being rude to customers and not expecting a reaction even more. Do not waste your time dealing with this business. It shouldn't take a staff in two different countries to order a pizza.

Never again. Called for pickup for the one large 1 toppling carryout pecial for $8 and she tried to say they didn't have it. Eventually I got it. Went to get pizza and received little cheese and pepperoni but alot of grease. Ober charged my card on the spot for $25 and still.waiting on bank refund....

Dominos is no longer pizza. Skimpy on the toppings, loaded with grease! Charged $5.00 delivery to deliver less than half a mile, round trip. I'm done! If you want grease in a box, this is your go to pizza place. Disgusting food! Far better places out there.

Ordered lite sauce. Got heavy sauce. Called within two minutes of the driver leaving. I was told that instead of making the person who wouldn't eat it hungry, we had to send back the entirety of the order. They offered the helpful suggestion of not eating pizza and drive it the 20 minutes round trip instead to get a refund. One part of your order being wrong apparently necessitates giving up all of it for a partial refund.

Just ordered a thin & crispy pizza with onions, tomatoes and spinach. Said on website 17 minute wait time. I was there in 20 minutes, I live 5 minutes from this location and 1st time ordering here. . . I picked up my pizza got home and the pizza was dried out and ice cold BUT the tomatoes and spinach wasn't even cooked on it! Also the onions were left off???? Must have been an left over pizza DONT KNOW AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HETE AGAIN!!! DISGUSTING

Shrinkflation is real! I order a medium pizza it look like a small! On top of that when I called I ask for 2 medium but the third party reservation only place the order for one. When I went to pick up the pizzas I was like wow this is a medium? They said yes. I paid way too much for this so call "medium". The place was clean and the staff are nice. Yeah! I don't think I will be getting pizza anytime soon.

I order from this Domino's probably once a week and the delivery people are fantastic. The "management " is a joke. I ordered last week an item that I didn't receive so I called them and spoke to someone who completely threw the delivery driver under the bus (so unprofessional) and said he could bring it out since he messed up or they can add it to my account for a future order. I decided to go with add it to a future order. I placed an order yesterday and when the "manager" answered the phone you could already tell she hates her job. But I asked her if she could add it to my order and she looked up my account and stated there was not a note on my account and if I couldn't give her the name of the manager I spoke to then I am then there is nothing she could do for me. I again explained to her that I paid for it last week and she did not listen nor care, talked over me and told me there was nothing she could do for me. I asked her what her name was and she told me legally she did not have to tell me and if I had a problem I could call 1800Dominos and the store # was 3117. After reading other reviews from this store I think her name is destiny. There is no customer service at this store period. I think they need to reconsider how they choose their management, it's embarrassing honestly. I am more than happy to give another business my money. So Dominos is losing a customer that would place orders every week and tipped 20% every time over a $6 Parmesan bites. Way to go.
